I have recently decided to go ahead and get a transplant. I have talked to multiple offices and decided on this one. So far my experience had been phenomenal, very responsive to questions or concerns I have had. The entire staff was great. It’s been a couple days since my transplant and everything has gone extremely well this far.

VERY VERY unprofessional service. I don't even know how they're still in business. At first, I was very excited to work with the staff. Dr. Pizzaro's daughter was who I was working with and their newest employee from Brazil, who was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I was going there for about two months for my scalp. After the first few follow ups, I realized the office setting was unorganized and lacking a professional setting. I still gave them a chance. It wasn't until I started a new job that I realized this wasn't the place for me. I told her I could only come at specific times. On the day of my appointment, I walked in and her COUSIN was sitting at the front desk. There was no one else there. She wasn't even an EMPLOYEE! She also was unable to speak any English. I got very upset and walked out. I never received a phone call or an email. NOTHING. I've spent $600 on their newest hair care line that honestly didn't work. DON"T waste your money coming here!! If I could give no starts I would!

Dr. Pizarro is the great! She takes her time to explain everything in detail and I have noticed a significant improvement in my hair growth.

We always refer our clients to Dr. Pizarro and we are more than happy with how she services them and our clients love the results. Will keep using Dr. Pizarro for Hair Restoration clients problems

I’ve waited a year to make this review. I spent $7,000 on my hair transplant and I have not seen any results. Most of the hair fell off in the year I’ve waited and when I asked them questions and that I wasn’t happy they just simply said, “hair has growth cycles and you have to wait for the cycles to see the hair grow”. Very unhappy, disappointed, went through surgery for 8 hours and spent $7k for nothing. The doctor didn’t event figure out why I lost hair in the first place. Usually places find the source of loss and do tests. Nothing was done. Go somewhere else.

They are amazing here the doctor is great very nice and ready to answer any questions or concerns.

I just had the worst experience with this place. For anyone who is very serious about their hair loss and moving forward with getting a hair transplant or hair treatment of any kind, please do not waste your time your time here because you’ll just be wasting your time. I had a virtual consultation today with them and nobody called me. I called them and then when I spoke to Dr Pizzaro she failed to make me a priority and told me I have another client who needs to speak to me as I was literally on the FaceTime call with her for my consultation. Very very bad and unprofessional and her tone with me was also not good either. I felt ambushed to death when we talked and she didn’t give me any time and she no care at all with the fact that was on the phone with me who is by the way, a client who should matter greatly and apparently doesn’t. If this is how this business is run it shouldn't stay open and should close down. Horrible lacking service. Some of the worst services I have ever seen. Very very rude, disgusting inconsiderate, unprofessional behavior and service. I don’t even consider that service. For all your struggling with hair loss, do not waste your time here. They don’t care and won’t make you priority. They didn’t with me at least. This was my experience with them and it was truly very terrible. She didn’t even give me a minute before getting off the phone and then called me back way later and I was busy by that point. If you schedule something at a certain time and I had no service given to me. Terrible

I always liked the work Dr. Pizarro did on the clients I referred to her as a hairstylist. When the time came, my husband needed hair surgery and obviously, we used her and the results are amazing!

It has been a couple of weeks since my third visit and I already notice the progress in my hair! Love the staff here!

Dr.Pizarro did my hair transplant 2months ago. I am entering my 3 month and my hair is so much thicker..I recommend this dr for anybody suffering form Hair loss. Thank you Doctor..for giving me back my confidence
