Imagine going your entire life with doctors who never listen or think outside of the box. Well my life changed the moment I became Dr. El-Said's patient. He's the only who sincere and cared enough to listen so he could fine tune a formula that actually worked for me. Because of Dr. El-Said I was seizure-free, for the first time in my life, and it lasted for five years. Life caused me to move away and once that happened, my seizures returned. I highly recommend Dr. El-Said. He's an amazing person who actually cares and gives his patients hope through amazing, quality care.

I have been a patient of Dr. said for over 18 years. He has never been unhonest with me, he explains the reasons why I may feel the way I do or the causes of it. Neuros are like a PCP, they dig in deeper into it to either find the cause & help it along or just give you something so you can continue to not improve. I am an Epileptic, no way in going back with that. But under his treatment & the way he treated my illness I can honestly say that I do not remember when my last seizure was. The girls in the office are awesome. I know Jeanie now as long as I know Dr. Said, Nancy also. Mahaa is always with a smile. They are family & I would recommend Dr. El-Said to anyone.

I am 73 years old and in all of my adult life I have never found a better diagnostician. He is brilliant as are his nurse practitioners Maaha and Stephanie. Everyone in the office is kind and patient. He properly diagnosed my issues after many failures from other doctors. I am extremely grateful for the care I am receiving and am truly blessed to call him my doctor. If anyone has anything negative to say about him, don’t believe it.

Dr. Refaat Al Said save forty-one low-income families life. We all know that there is no particular medicine for Al Zahymer diseases. I am the president of a nonprofit organization, supporting women and kids. One of our tasks, refer people to a specialist doctor. Dr. Refaat helps my people to get 60% from their losing ( damages) brain cells, ( the impossible mission). They are living much more secure now after they were in a high danger zone. Comprehensive Neurology Clinic Offices of Refaat El-Said, MD When the brain is one of the most important organs, every potential client should be treated with care. I couldn't get past the appointment desk. 3 consecutive times, the scheduling clerk Nancy, committed to returning my call and each time she "forgot" (I'm assuming) or maybe didn't care. There's a chance that this office is so busy that they can't help but to drop balls, but 3X you promise to call back and then don't? She acted so nonchalantly when I had to call back again to ask the status. She claimed it on "billing" having my chart. So, I'm lead to believe that before we see you , let us check to see if we even deal with people who are Affordable Healthcare Insurance carriers. This is how it felt. I pondered, "If I had regular group health insurance, would I have been treated differently?

Didn't take time to delve into my complaints or symptoms. He told me that I have nothing even though I experience constant neuropathic pain every single day. He should have prescribed me gabapentin or carbamazepine as I have diabetic polyneuropathy. The pain is unbearable, and he didn't even seem to connect the dots on that. I had to leave because I felt so degraded as a patient and he was patronizing me.

Since being his patient, I am almost pain free of my back pain. Great doctor and wonderful staff!

I was seen by Dr. El-Said for headaches. Never seeing a neurologist before, I was not sure what to expect. After a very detailed information session with his office staff, Dr. El-Said came in. He spent a great deal of time with me answering all of my questions that I had. After seeing the doctor, Jean came in and finished my appointment. She had a great sense of humor and made me feel at ease as did the doctor. Hopefully my second appointment will go just as smooth.
