I walked in & walked right back out … that place is horrific looking , why would anyone take their precious child here … it’s so dirty and it looks straight out of a horror movie

Dr is great the best there is, but the receptionist are terrible they never answer the phone, if you get labs done or need to follow up for anything it’s nearly impossible to verify over the phone. So if you live a distance away good luck. I just wish she would hire better front desk people, they also have a knack for disconnecting their phones so the calls don’t come thru. With everything going on people don’t have time to do pointless driving.

I strongly and highly recommend Dr. Riaz. She has many years of wisdom and knowledge in treating and caring for her patients and that experience only comes with time. I came to her when I was a child and now the next generation in my family comes to see her and we always recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor that is trusted and empathetic. She is gentle and so smart with her patients and so sweet with the children, and understanding of the parents or adults who feel stressed when they come in. Wait time: her office has been the least wait time in the history of going to any doctor. I have NEVER waited over 20 minutes ( if less) in her office..in comparison to other doctor office, it is NORMAL I have waited 40 minutes to an hour (If not more) as a norm in any other office and I have been all over. Insurance: she takes patients who do not have insurance and she does not take advantage of you because you do not have insurance, she is the most AFFORDABLE doctor out there for anyone who does NOT have insurance. I am so grateful she is there, she is a resource i hand out verbally to anyone who is struggle to see a doctor but is terrified of paying hundreds of dollars to see a doctor. Office staff: They are mixed with good and not always the best, they tend to not always pick up the phone ( busy, on the other line, training etc) I recommend driving there and being seen as a walk in. ( Morning time is the best time to call to get a pick up i have noticed). Walking in: YES there IS an extra charge to be seen without appointment ( as in EVERY doctors office) HOWEVER even with that add, your bill will be less than seeing a doctor with an appointment anywhere else. I highly encourage you to not be discouraged by this in seeing HER though. If you can go in person, she tries her best to see you. I have walked in multiple times over the years and she has seen me every single time. I am grateful. Other doctor offices will have me wait hours and or i will be told I must make an appointment for another day which can be days off even. The doctor: once again, years and years of experience, wisdom, empathy, and you feel safe in her hands. I trust her with my health and the children in my family and loved ones. I tell all who are stressed to see a doctor and cannot afford it she is the most affordable. You should not be fooled by the office staff or location, she is a gem. And when it comes to healthcare, you need the most precious caregiver to care for your health and your loved ones.

She was empathetic and highly professional and kind. I felt safe going to her and being under her care as a child. She now cares for the next generation in my family and many of my loved ones. she has many, many years of experience. I trust her with my health and the health of those I love. I recommend her to anyone who struggles with seeing a doctor due to funds as well. She is affordable, experienced, and incredible. I feel no fear going to her. Highly recommended.

She has many years of experience under her belt. I went to her as a child, now she is treating the next generation in my family and I recommend her to everyone and anyone. I trust her with my health and the health of my loved ones. She has empathy and respect for her patients and so much wisdom that only comes with time. Her wait time is always less than any other office I have EVER been to. She takes patients who do not have insurance, and she is so affordable compared to other doctor offices. She does charge a walk-in fee/without an appointment as do ALL Doctor offices, but even that is so little compared to anywhere else I have ever been. She is so affordable. I am so grateful she is practicing and treating patients. Please note, if you do not get through the phone system, just go in person and she will see you if she can. I am so grateful for this doctor, she was there when we needed a doctor right away. I cannot express enough how safe and secure we feel having her office number in our phone and her office address saved to pass on to anyone else.

Been going to this doctor for 5 years n I can’t wait to switch . Dr arifuddin is great but the staff is unprofessional n lack the proper knowledge to be working on the environment. No one Evers answer the phone n wen they do they put you on hold til you hang up or phones die then leave the phone off the hook so calls won’t come through. I would recommend this office to anyone . Plus need a major deep cleaning . Too dirty to be a doctor office 🤮. I take my son to the hospital before I take him to his doctor office 🤦🏿‍♀️ . This the last year attending this office. Need a whole make over

Awful. The doctor herself is great but the receptionist doesn't answer the phone and is quick to argue with patients. Just awful..may she reap what she sows

My kids have been to three different doctors first Dr Ross and William's who we liked but the wait was awful, so we switched to Premier Pediatrics and the Dr there are alright but always in a rush. So we decided to try Dr Arifuddin because she became highly recommended from a friend. I will say Dr Arifuddin is by far the kindest most attentive doctor I have ever taken my kids to, she takes time to make sure she has discussed everything in detail with you and she is very sweet and caring, my kids love her as do I. I would recommend her to anyone if you are looking for a wonderful dr this is the place to go.

Dr.arifuddin is a great doctor! I've been going to her since I was a baby. She is so kind and attentive. She's not the one to see you and then rush you out of her office. Dr. Arrifudin makes sure it's under her care to get you everything you need. :) Thanks for being a awesome Doctor.
