Richard Gayles's Online Review Report Card

My wife saw the DR was told to get an MRI. We did so, then had an appointment with the nurse Practitioner to review the MRI. The morning of the appointment we got a call had to cancel the nurse had an emergency. We rescheduled with the Dr more than a moth later. And was told we were on a waiting list if a cancellation came up. The we got a call the appointment never was made, so we made anohter appointment. Next we got a email saying the office was closing. Then we also found out the Nurse had quit did not have an emergenty. Then on top of all that we received a bill for an additional amount even though we paid our co pay. wish I could contact the medical review board or something did not even refer us to someone else

Nice and clean environment and the doctor also meallanie also thank you can't wait to seee tou guys Monday to discuss my treatment plan

I was greeted very nicely and comfortabley. The office is really nice. All the employees are just wonderful and smiling. For all my suffering they are very uplifting. I can't wait for my next visit.

Beautiful environment! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and friendly. They take the time to listen to their patients I’ve already recommended this practice to many many people.

I could actually write pages and pages of watch this facility means to me and what Dr Gayle means to me. I could actually write pages and pages of what this facility means to me and what Dr Gayle means to me . When no one could find out, or tell me what was wrong with me after three years, not even orthopedic surgeons or Nuro surgeons, Dr Gayle was the one who found out immediately.. The staff is so friendly and willing to help in any way they can.. I would drive hours to come to See Dr. Gayle, that’s how good he is and his staff are.. Thank you Dr. Gayle and staff for everything you all have done for me over the years..

Everyone was really good and professional , especially Melanie Bainter, PA-C , She was a beautiful Person, listening and make me feel I was in a good hands, she’s very is compassionate , professional and understand my feelings . She helping me to feel good , she take here time to explain me my problem or sickness very well and show me a video, to make me understand much better; she gave me different way how to improve my pain. She really take time with me and never been in rush. She’s a beautiful human being and professional. Now I feel much better and I ll follow all her recommendations to improve my pain. Thanks so much. I Recommend 100% ❤️

Dr Gayles is the best. His staff is wonderful, also. I love going to his office because it's so efficient. The employees are great.
