From the moment we walked in the door our experience was efficient and professional. Dr. Ramirez was awesome in explaining our options and clarifying a discrepancy that was given by another doctor. Dr. Ramirez is a real doctor in every sense of the title. We are confident in him for all of our future eyecare needs.

Dr Ramirez is an excellent doctor. He is skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate. I had side effects after cataract surgery and he skillfully brought me through the issues. I highly recommend him!

If I could give a 0 I would. DO NOT SEE DR. RAMIREZ. Be very careful. Came in with a written referral in hand by optometrist with the condition she wanted me to be evaluated for. They did all the testing to then at the end for him to say he didn’t have the staff to treat me. Not doing this for a living I had no idea this isn’t NORMAL. He referred me to a provider that informed me this is not how it’s done. The provider who EVALUATES you is who TREATS you. After multiple calls back and forth between myself and insurance calling the office as he used my benefits, Dr. Ramirez response was that my eyesight is not “that bad” that I can wait for treatment for another year. This is not NORMAL. My treatment was delayed a year due to this provider! Then has the audacity to send a bill. Do yourself a favor and run away from this provider. I wish I would’ve.
