Never had an issue , Dr Mapa is one of the best great doctor.

I encourage any parent who has children with disability not to visit Dr. Mapa. Dr. Mapa do not support parents with disability. She is very disrespectful and she is more concern about health insurance than the needs of the individual. She disrespected screaming to my staff speaking about services that obviusly she does not have acknowledge. I am a mother of two kids with disability and believe me she is not a good doctor for your kids.

They never can schedule an appointment for establish patient, I only saw her one time and that's all because never can schedule always will call back. Pathetic staff.

Rita Mapa has been great with my daughter.

I haven't had the time to even visit this place yet due to them stating that they are going to transfer me to the appropriate department to schedule an appointment for my 2 kids that has to be seen by a doctor over 3 times and yet have gotten a hold of the scheduling department... At first, i was on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone for over an hour, then requested to get a call back and that's when the over 3 times incident happen. Please don't even bother giving this business your time because it will go to waste the moment you call for scheduling or anything. Pathetic behind place. Should have stayed with First Pediatrics on Semoran Blvd. Never had a problem, just a bit of a distance for me. But I'll settle to not have to deal with pathetic behind doctor offices like this one that is being overly extra.

Rita Mapa has been great to my kids over the years.

Never had issues with this office. I have even come on the wrong day of my appointment and they squeezed me in. Not to say they have the ability to always do that but it was great that they understood my situation. Girls at front desk can be a little nicer and polite but they do their job. Overall great staff! Docs always been very concerned and kind to my children.

I am active military - TRICARE is my healthcare provider. I never met Dr. Mapa because the phone number associated with her - no one answers. I left my callback and no one called back. I stopped by the office and no one knew her. So, I replaced her with hopefully a responsive network. Customer/patient care happens early on. They failed this horrinly early on, so why would I trust them with my child!!!???

My insurance company called this office and were told for me to call them right away to get an appointment for my 3 children. I called immediately and was on hold for 40 minutes before anyone even got on the phone and then was told that they were accepting new patients BUT would not give me an appointment. I was told to call back on July 12 to make an appointment. The person that answered the phone as well as the supervisor that I requested to speak to were nasty, rude and inconsiderate. I would NOT recommend anyone to this practice.
