Same issue with new office staff. They are not responding to pharmacy request to fill meds. I'm out now. They are negatively impacting peoples health.

We have no complains with the medical staff. However, We cannot get these people to answer the phone. We leave messages but rarely get a return call. I need insulin or needles... well I better start calling a month before I need them; because I have gone days without needles or insulin because no one from this office will check the messages on the answering machine or respond to calls from pharmacies. We may need to look for doctors with an office that is run more efficiently. WE CALL ONLY WHEN WE NEED IT! PLEASE RETURN OUR CALLS!

Dr constant is great however his office staff is aweful. Voice mailboxes always full. If you try to reach the office the phone will hang up on you. If you do get lucky its hold time for an hour . the person calling my husbands scripts in always gets them wrong. Takes weeks to fix it so he is either without neds or without his sensors so he has to guess on his sugar levels... Shame such a good dr has such an aweful office

This people are the worst, don’t care about their patient. They call late the day before ur appointment, to say u need a referral. And of course by that time is to late to get one. Never mind that a call a few times and left massages, but no one calls back.So again I’m going to have to miss my appointment again. I pray that this lady’s don’t have to go thought the bullsh—- that they put the patient.

It's a shame that there is no care or respect for patients! You can never get thru to anyone , leave countless messages that go unanswered. Where is the human decency factor and professionalism??

Too many bad experiences to list after a final canceled appointment and lies we switched to another MD that so far is a huge improvement. We advise all to avoid like the plague. It’s unfortunate.

I called on Friday to check in about an appointment to get her in about her sugar being low... I couldn't talk to Hoyt I couldn't talk to sky I made an appointment on Friday so I went by the office after confirming it Monday morning and was told there was no appointment that she didn't call me back she's totally wrong I can show you on my caller ID where she did and it was for today so then I went to the office to ask if I could see Hoyt or sky and they weren't available so we have to wait until guy calls us well it's been since Friday then when I went to the office she had all the sudden had an appointment available for Tuesday 8:30 or 12:30 amazing how there's no appointments available and then when you go to the office all we can get you in tomorrow the attitude of the front desk was totally totally baffling the attitude mentioning covid can't get anyone in because of covid but yet you got three girls working on the desk nobody can return calls no one can find out what's going on to relay a message at least come on guys this has been going on for over a year your office for over a year .... Front office is totally Unprofessional... Christine made the appointment for us but yet there's no appointment for today somebody needs to take over or get rid of the staff up front and get someone who can actually do their job

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE i am so sorry that a fantastic doctor like Dr constant has such people as faces of their practice, the people who check you in or answer calls are one of the rudest most unethical baboons ever,, they donot understand that they work for patients who need care and treat us like they are doing me a favor by picking up my call and the attitude they have is obscure for a doctors office, sorry not sorry if dr constant decides to change his staff ill see him but good riddens to this pathetic team of front office workers ...

Dr. Constant was very good. But his office staff is awful. They don’t care. They do not make sure my meds are called into my pharmacy. I have switched doctors because of this.
