He was awesome. Friendly and explained everything.

The first visit was good. Dr. Estrada was attentive, and the appointment was in the morning. The second visit was terrible; it was like he was another person. I had a 3 pm app, and I did not see the doctor until 415pm. He gave me the test result and told me you have three options. He did not explain the options. When I tried asking him a question, he talked over me and brushed me off. He was rude. I told him he sounded overwhelmed, and that was the worst thing I had done. He got upset when I told him that. He told me I would not sit here and argue with you. I told him that I was not arguing with him as a patient is my right to ask questions. I was very disappointed. Why schedule so many appointments if he can not handle them? The receptionist staff is AMAZING. Jamar and Tasha.

Although Dr Estrada was very good, the Billing Department was horrible! If I ever need a podiatrist again, I will seek out someone not associated with Upperline Health.

Dr. Estrada is the best foot doctor and will always see him.

I showed up 7 minutes late and was told they would not see me for being late. I was 30 minutes EARLY at my last visit with this doctor and still waited almost 2 hours before seeing the doctor because they overbooked. The waiting room was full and I had to stand much of the time because all the seats were taken. This time, I said you got to be kidding me, 7 minutes late and you won't honor my appointment? The lady said let me check and she came back and said I can wait it out if I want but I will only be seen after everyone else if they can fit me in. Once again it was standing room only, all seats taken. I said no and left and I won't ever go back to this doctor.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. It was clear he did not want to help me. I saw Dr. Estrada because of two toe nails that were growing abnormally and causing me pain. He kept leaving the room and having his nurse work with me. Instructed the nurse to file my nail down & told me I could have a fake nail put on or he would burn it off & never grow back. After watching a television show where a patient had my same issue, I decided to get second opinion with Dr. Kathleen Pulsifer who actually did her job and figured out the core problem.

Dr. Estrada is awesome! He is super friendly & excellent with children and parents alike. There are not too many doctors as cool as he is. He may be the coolest one of them all. :)

First time bringing my father, usually my brother brings him to the appointment, check in at 9:13 am appt for 9:30 and call in at 10:53 am. This is unacceptable to have people wait for so long especially elderly person. I thought it was just today but my brother stated it is always like this.
