S Franz's Online Review Report Card

Loved them for years until they changed the billing. Refused to bill my insurance then went to a payment plan method even if you had insurance. With insurance it would have been hundreds a month for us to stay. They sent me to collections for a bill they refused to send to my insurance (I fought it and won).

We love Dr. Franz! She takes the time to really review everything with her patients. We like that she listens the parents and kids. She treats everyone thoughtfully.

I have had conversations with Dr. Franz and she is genuinely concerned about kids’ health and protecting them from risky pharmaceuticals. She has extensive experience practicing medicine and fantastic personal experiences using homeopathic remedies. I feel I can trust her with my and my family’s health.

My son has been coming to the Franz Center for all his wellness and sick visits for the past 2 years starting at 12 months old. I never have an issue getting in for an appointment when he is sick, the staff are incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive. The nurse practitioners listen to any concerns and do an amazing job. My son is under eval for ASD/ADHD and its been the Franz center that has supported me in getting him in to a neurologist and occupational therapy. Whenever I need documents or have questions or requests, I send the office an email and they always respond within a timely manner. This is the only office I feel confidence providing medical care to my son, period! We love you Franz Center!

We Always have a good experience. I love the homeopathic and common sense approach. The Dr always takes her time and doesn't haggle me about vaccines. I searched and searched for a Pediatrician like this one. I even drive an hour just to go here because my town doesn't have Pediatricians that allow parents to have a choice with the vaccines. My son was having recurring ear infections and this office recommended we see Dr palmer a chiropractor. And he hasn't had one since. The traditional pediatrician we were seeing beforehand had him on antibiotics for almost 8 months straight Without any results. That's why I started looking for a better pediatrician. The one and only complaint I have is the scheduling system I would prefer to speak to somebody in the office As opposed to a scheduling service company

I have been calling for over a week to make a wellness appointment for my daughter, who is an existing patient. I am not sure who had the terrible idea to have an answering service to make appointments; no luck getting through either by phone and email. Terrible customer service, it is really disappointing how this office practice has changed drastically. Dr. Franz, I hope that you realize that this is not working out.

Lizette has succeeded in pushing away a loyal family of almost 20 years. It took me weeks to write this review I was so physically ill after her demonic attack on me. In Jesus Christ name I rebuke your evil and send it right back to you. Susan you should be absolutely ashamed at what your life’s work has become. Pure evil trash. This practice has no respect for my families valuable time or money. It’s all about how many times they can unnecessarily drag us in for pointless appointments so they can bill our insurance. Shame on all of you.

Lizette insulted my husbands intelligence by projecting her demonic oppression on him a few weeks ago. Susan you should be absolutely ashamed at what your life’s work has become. I will never allow her to speak to him that way again. In Jesus Christ name I rebuke your evil and send it right back to you Lizette. You’re in the wrong line of work. Absolutely appalling.

Lizette should never be allowed to speak to patients EVER again. You lost yet another almost 20 year loyal family. Shame on you.

What I truly love about Dr. Franz is that she is very outspoken about health freedom and the health of children. I wouldn’t want to be apart of any other practice because I know Dr. Franz will always continue to fight for what is right!! Forever thankful for Dr. Franz!
