Went for and appointment and was in a lot of pain in my throat, was told that everything looked good and was barely even looked at. Went to the urgent care two days after and they immediately prescribed me medication and diagnosed me. Very upset with this treatment.

Not considerate enough. We were 15 mins (actually 10 mins, 5 mins in the queue) because our newborn was crying and had to change diapers. She declined to see us and had to reschedule 1 month check-up 13 days later. Normally they spent only 5 mins to check the baby + measuring weight by the nurse. The 15 mins could have been easily adjusted.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Elias since she was a newborn. My daughter was a preemie so I was quite a nervous mom. Dr. Elias is very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. She offered a great listening ear for me as a new mom and I am forever grateful. My daughter is 14 and we still see Dr. Elias and as a professional healthcare worker myself, I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Elias is the best I could ever want for my son. From day 1, she’s been supportive, informative, patient, caring and SMART. We moved an hour away and I make the drive still because she’s worth it!!

Very efficient pediatrics office. If you have appointment, a short wait is usual. Their walk-in hours are comforting for parents. The normal hours appointment is easy to schedule within 2-3 days from the call. The doctors are really nice to my child. Overall, it was a good experience.

Dr. Elias lacks professionalism and is very condescending. She also did not demonstrate good cleanliness and hygiene with regard to hand-washing. Would never send my child to her again.

Dr Elias has been our pediatrician since my children were born. She is kind, caring and compassionate. She helped diagnosed my daughter with strep when none others looked. (She has no fever or symptoms) I trust Dr Elias and think of her as more than a doctor. My kids love her too. She talks to them and is always patient.

I have never encountered a self-righteous and condescending pediatrician like Dr. Elias. She defended her rude receptionist and she herself was very unkind and lacked empathy. It was our first and last visit and I hope she considers a change of profession or maybe cultural sensitivity training.
