List of Sandra D. Morales's Reviews
It saddens me to have to write this type of review after being with Dr. Morales and Orlando Health for over 12 years. Our son and daughter have both been with Dr. Morales since the day they were born, little man is 12 and baby girl is 7. A long time if you ask me! As much as we didn't want to, today we are beginning the search for a new Pediatrician provider for our children. Throughout the years this office and staff have taken a negative decline in service and care for their patients. From the constant changes in staff, to the last-minute schedule and appointments change, not to mention the lack of empathy and attention. The one thing this staff is really good at is being dismissive towards its patients. We can clearly see the path this office is taking, as many doctors, staff and patients have already left. I know we are not the first patients to leave, I do hope this office makes some changes because if not, we will not be the last ones either. That is why I took the time to write this review. To help as many families as I can and avoid having families throw away 12 years with a provider who only sees numbers.
Excelente pediatra
Doc Morales is amazing, she dedicates attention to every concerns and always help us to understand the best treatment in order to keep our children growing healthy. 8 years ago till now she is one of the best physicians that we ever knew.
We've been seeing Dr. Morales since we moved to Orlando a little over a year ago. She has overall been a wonderful doctor to our child, and although the wait times are sometimes unbearable, I can appreciate that it is an extremely difficult time for ALL healthcare workers/service providers. My sister is a labor & delivery nurse and I have the utmost respect for a difficult profession in an impossible time. However, something happened this past visit that concerns me deeply. I took my child in because he was sick, all the regular virus symptoms, fever, etc. The nurse handed me a bottle of concentrated infant motrin and told me the correct dose for my son's weight is 5ml. My son is 22 months old & weighs 27 lbs. His dosage is usually 5ml, so I didn't question it. However, later I realized that the ibuprofen dosage in the -concentrated- infant drops is DOUBLE the amount of ibuprofen in the regular children's drops--the kind he typically takes in 5ml doses. The correct dosage for his weight, with concetrated drops, is 2.5ml. I imagined this was an honest mistake or a new product, so I called to follow up and let the office know that a 5ml dose contained DOUBLE the amount of ibuprofen that is the maximum recommended dose for my child, and was expecting them to call back and thank me for bringing that to their attention. However, the triage nurse, explicitly on behalf of Dr. Morales, *absolutely insisted* that the 5ml dose was fine & correct, even for the concentrated infant drops. She insisted that the doctor had a chart sent from Motrin that indicates 5ml as the correct dose for his weight. Again, I questioned myself & called my sister. She confirmed that it should be a 2.5ml dose. Then, I found the chart myself, and again confirmed the 2.5ml dose. Dr. Morales's office followed up with me once again today to check on my son and I couldn't help but reiterate that the dosage that was recommended to my son in the office is the corect dose for a 44lb+ person. I'm attaching the chart here, which is the official dosage guide from Motrin & clearly indicates a 2.5ml dosage for my son's weight category when taking the concentrated infant drops. I really don't want to be "that guy" but after feeling my concerns were ignored, this is my best option.
Doc Sandra is very sweet with the children, very helpful for parents always with a nice attitude. All the staff in the office are very professional. My 2 years old is not afraid to go there. I highly recommend it.
Excelente doctora SANDRA,todo su personal es muy gentil
I'm not one to write reviews but I will tell you I'm going to be happy to write this one. We have been using this facility since my wife was pregnant. After pregnancy we chose to keep using this facility for our little one. We have missed our first appointment after 5 years of being with this company. They have the nerve to send us a letter stating they want to charge us $25.00 because we missed one appointment in 5 years. Wow. Furthermore, the letter explained because the appointment was reserved for us, ( like anyone is seen at their appointment time ) we are taking time from the doctor for possible more urgent care patients. Like they wouldn't bump us or anyone else to handle a more urgent patient. Pitiful excuse, pitiful letter. And to lay this letter out like a doctor is so much more important than anyone else is a farce. We all have lives. Some of us business owners. Things happen. Remember, 1 time in 5 years. Sad. We will remove ourselves from your facility as well as let as many people as we know our horrific experience. Good luck.
Best pediatric Doctor in town... hands down the best.
they made me lose an appointment, bad organization and communication between office and patients, untrained personnel for customer service, bad experience ..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
