The Doctor there he has no manner! He always have someone call during my appintment and he answered the phone and actually talked a while in front of me. Been there three times EVERY TIMES!! Don't ever go there.They never answer the phone. I left the messages a couple of times and never returned my calls. I been asking for the result to fax over to my daughter's pediatrician its been almost 2months still they haven't. She couldntget approved for the vaccine due to lack of the result. I wont take her back there again.

He closed his office without any prior notice and now I don’t have my bloodwork results and no One is returning calls. Stay away from This shady office.

Dr. Martinez is very knowledgeable and caring. He has effectively treated my kids and myself for several years and I couldn't be happier with the results. I truthfully recommend him.

Been going to Dr Martinez for 20+ years. Took some time but my seasonal allergies are well controlled.

Worst experience . Avoid this doctor . Has absolutely no manners. He kept interrupting my wife every time she asked a question about my daughter's food allergy.He spent most of the time dictating to the nurse what to write in the computer during the appointment. We witnessed one girl who came with her mother in the waiting room laughing and talking but ended up in an ambulance after he gave her some type of shot. Horrible doctor.

My appointment was at 9am and I stayed for almost one hour and the doctor never showed up. If you are a business person with a busy schedule do not go to this doctor. It seems that time is not an issue for him

I don't recommend this facility to anyone. I had the worst service ever! Sabrina has the worst customer service and has a horrible attitude. She treated me so nasty, over charged me after I explained to her that I meet my deductible, and asked her to call my insurance which she refused to do so. I paid over $100 out of pocket for an in network doctor when my deductible should've only been $7.90. Now it's taking over a month to be reimbursed. I've only spoken to the billing lady once, any other time I call, I speak to Sabrina and she acts as if I'm getting on her nerves. I will never! return to this facility! I will also let my doctors office know not to send anyone else to this facility due to the horrible customer service at the front desk!

My family has received excellent care from Dr. Martinez for many years. This is a doctor who has extensive experience and who goes the extra mile to treat you right.

Tells me to come back in 4 weeks. Day before appointment he tells me I should have followed up with a pulmonologist and can no longer do an allergy test without visiting the pulmonologist. This man does not care for his patients one bit and will continue to talk over you. Only diagnosis was you have symptoms of asthma.
