List of Santiago Martinez's Reviews
I had an appointment with this Dr because I was having problems with my sinuses. He was very rude and tried to steer my answers. Not allowing my answers about MY symptoms to stand on their own merit. He would ask a question and I would answer it. Then he would suggest an answer and keep pushing me to say what he just stated. Soon the appointment turned into a weight management consultation. At this point, I was told that every medical problem that the provider has ever had was because of his weight. He insisted that I have sleep apnea, he told me that I have high blood pressure and should see my primary care doctor about it. Even though my blood pressure was not taken during the visit because the blood measure monitor kept giving an error. He also told me I needed to see a cardiologist, all from looking at me. Just because an individual possesses an MD, does not mean that you should trust them with your health. The medical assistant also had a very nasty attitude and disposition.
physician listened and was attentive to my needs
He closed his office without any prior notice and now I don’t have my bloodwork results and no One is returning calls. Stay away from This shady office.
Dr. Martinez is very knowledgeable and caring. He has effectively treated my kids and myself for several years and I couldn't be happier with the results. I truthfully recommend him.
Tells me to come back in 4 weeks. Day before appointment he tells me I should have followed up with a pulmonologist and can no longer do an allergy test without visiting the pulmonologist. This man does not care for his patients' one bit and will continue to talk over you. Only diagnosis was "you have symptoms of asthma."
This man cares about NOTHING but commercial Insurance's if your Medicaid he would tell us his staff to reschedule you or put you on the nurse practioners sxheduled ! He was verbally and physically abusive to his staff which cause many people to quit on him . He is very nasty to everyone and doesn't care about patients at all his MONEY comes first which is ridiculous cause half of the time our checks bounced !! This man shouldn't be a doctor.
DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!!! He takes forever to see a patient and when he doesn't want to see the patient, he send a medical assistant to tell the patient he had an emergency and had to leave, while he is hiding in his office, YES, HIS OFFICE. He is so disrespectful to the staff, who by the way are wonderful. He does not take time with the patient, rushes through the consultation, and does not let the patient speak about his or her concerns. Be careful everyone, cause everyone is allergic to dust mites even though your skin tests and intradermal come back negative. P.S. Patients with medicaid, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE, he will treat you like a nothing.
The office staff are not helpful; there are a lot miscommunication. Dr. Martines is not professional. He sounds that he does not know how to treat their patients. I don't recommend this doctor at all. Don't waste your time .
Worst Dr. EVER! He doesn't listen to his patients. He wants everyone on immunotherapy because it's a money maker. People wait 2+ hours for their appointments. He's dismissive. More concerned about his cell phone and yelling at the staff than he is in listening to his patients. The staff is kind and hardworking but there seems to be a big turnover. (I can't say I blame them. I wouldn't be able to work for him.) Erin, the nurse practitioner is wonderful. She is thorough and listens. She explains and is willing to answer your questions. If you have to wait for her, it's because she's taking time with all of her patients, not just "the one's with good insurance". This office is a joke. You'll be better off going ANYWHERE else but to him!!!
Dr Martinez is the worst dr ever... GET AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR HE JUST WANT Your MONEY

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
