His medical office hired US Anesthesia partners for collections. This company calls constantly when not late on payments. I had a mastectomy and two follow up surgeries so I have had to deal with them more than once. My bill is current then receive two more per surgery for more payments. I feel harassed. Of course the collection agent has no clue about the bill. Why put your patients at through this? I question what's more important.

Dr. Tongson is very good anesthesiologist. He explained very well to me and to my husband how my procedure will go & what to expect before &after surgery (I had a laparoscopic surgery 2 wks ago for my uterine fibroids). I was scared & little skeptic about it but Dr Tongson reassured me that everything will be ok. My surgery went very well. I didn't have much pain after the surgery nor any throat discomfort (I was intubated during the surgery) considering that I am a difficult intubation patient.
