Everyone here is super nice and friendly. The place is clean and well kept. I love coming here for my sessions after the car accident I was in. I always feel so welcome! Plus the heated roller bed is super relaxing. Thank you for your care and time.❤️

I was referred to this office by my attorney for treatment due to a personal injury case. My appointment was set for 3pm August 9,2021. The office is closed for lunch from noon til 3, so I was the very first appointment for the afternoon.Upon arrival, my vehicle almost disappeared into the massive pothole in their horribly maintained parking lot.As I entered the building with mask on as requested by the sign on the door, I was immediately taken back by the maintenance guy carrying tools and equipment in and out without a mask on. The front desk personnel was unfazed and confused as to why I asked him where his mask was. After 40 minutes and only having my bp taken, I walked out.Sterling Medical Center in East Orlando is one of the worst at respecting your time. Their office staff (Jenny) just called me, August 11,2021 a full 2 days later to ask me about a missed appointment. When I told her what happened, she hung up on me. When I tried calling back (@11:35am), no one answered the phone.Jenny is as rude as they come. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Sterling Medical in East Orlando.

Staff is very friendly from the moment you walk in they greed you and waiting is minimal. Maybe, a minute or two. Equipment and treatment are assigned based on the severity of your injuries. I am really happy with level of treatment and professionalism.BTW.. old the female staff are very pretty, 🤭😊

I feel bad for the team because they do not have the man power to get things done in a timely manner. On top of that, their office is old and raggedy... with the amount of patience going in they should invest more money on hiring more staff and the overall look of the office. The staff is super sweet. Dr Kuhn is such a loving person and she really cares about helping you get better but she is definitely being over worked, there should be someone else there helping. Another suggestion is for the exercises to be better tailored to the person.. and for it to be managed a bit better.

From the moment I walked in I was treated with a very friendly and professional attitude, starting from Dolmari at the front desk ,Rebeca and Gabe in rehab to Dr Kuhn at the end of every visit . I would recommend this clinic and this team to anybody who's body needs healing .

I was Refered to this Chiropractic office,I CAn honestly say that this has been the greatest experience,this people are kind,respectful,professional,above and beyond courteous, Dr Kuhn, the office staff and the nurses like Natasha and Dolmari,Jailene.make this the only place I would go to have therapy,it made my terrible injuries after my accident way less painful!this are a one in a million good place.

You will find a clean, quiet, and comfortable atmosphere while undergoing treatment. You won't another place that is keen on delivering genuine care to your well being.

Truly love the staff here! Yolanda, Jennifer, and April are amazing. Dr Kuhn is also amazing. They make you feel very welcomed. But most of all, their drive to help and make every single patient better can not go unseen. I highly recommend them for all physical therapies!
