My children have been seeing Dr. Batarseh since we moved here 5 years ago and we love her. She always remembers us and takes her time to explain things and help answer questions. And if she doesn't know she'll tell you and/or provide resources. The nurse has always been wonderful too! I'm so happy my kids have a great doctor... one less thing to worry about.

When you choose a pediatrician for your child, what do you expect? At a minimum, in the event of his illness, there will be an opportunity to receive qualified and, most importantly, timely assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Batarseh was the opposite - as a result, a child who did not receive a proper examination by a doctor on time did not receive the necessary antibacterial treatment for a long time, which led to dire consequences. Under no circumstances would I recommend this doctor. If your child is healthy, then in the two years that we saw this doctor, more attention was paid to the child by nurses - who measured the height, weight and girth of the child's head, and they also injected vaccinations according to the schedule. This doctor is a nominal concept. The experience was so negative that my family changed insurance and asked other specialists for an assessment of the actions of the pediatrician. Think about it.

Hello! I would like to share my experience of working with the pediatric pediatrist Batarseh. This is the worst doctor we have ever seen. In the two years of monitoring the child from the moment of birth, our child has turned from a healthy, strong baby into a regular client of emergency departments. Because our pediatrician is always busy. It is impossible to get through to get an appointment and take an appointment. Dr. Batarseh is absolutely indifferent to the health of her little patients. I wouldn't even trust her with a pet. Fortunately, not all doctors are like that. There are professionals whose work inspires respect and pride in the people of this profession. I strongly do not recommend entrusting the health of your child to such a doctor as Batarseh. You will get nothing but problems.

Dr. Batarseh is an amazing doctor and human being. She is very thorough, extremely patient and an excellent listener. We feel she treats our kids as if they are hers. We feel fortunate to her as our kids' doctor.

Dr.Batarseh has been incredible helping us with our kids’ care for many years now. I highly recommended this practice. She listens to us and includes us in all treatments plans/options as partners in caring for our kids!

Nemours childrens primary care lakenona This place is trash. You make an appointment for recommendation for podiatrist. After seeing doctor at office,We were told to get will receive call from office for podiatrist. Called office for name or phone number for podiatrist. It was not mentioned in patients chart. Receptionist took information and promised to call back not received any call from office for two days. Called again. They said two wait for 2 to 5 business since it’s not an emergency. How can a receptionist decide it’s an emergency or not? I would not recommend this place to anyone.
