Been to this place since birth of a child, and it is yet an even greater experience and I just want to thank the doctors and Dr. Taylor for the superb service my doctor, the dentists and the nurses has been through for the past 22 years of my/our lifespan! Thank you for the great service to the heroes who not always wear capes! 😊❤️
Dr.Taylor is great. Takes his time and has a lot of patience. My daughter loves him and it’s not scare to go to the dentist anymore
Sad great doctor but I feel like the attendance policy is too much
I called twice this morning & a guy name Miguel put me on hold for more the 20 minutes it seems like they don’t value your time well I do. If you don’t want to be on hold for more 20 minutes take your business somewhere else.
Very rude, I had to cancel my daughter's appointment in October because she was in the hospital. I wanted to get her in with the cleaning and check up. I tried awhile ago but no one answers I had to text and still no answer and I finally tried today and got nothing but rude. I tried to set up an appt anyway told him to let me know what you have and I can make it work. Then said I am warning you to be careful because if you cancel this appointment she will be deactivated and then said if we don't see your child after 6 months they get deactivated and can't come back. They never said I will deactivate after 6 months since last being seen. I cancelled one time and I told him he made it sound like I do it all the time. I did like the office but after this arguing with me the second I said your being rude and I am looking for a new dentist for her. I get it every office has their policy but they should tell you and the forms I have ready never said that about after 6 months your deactivated and can't come back.
Dr. Taylor is great! The receptionist not cooperating. My son with special needs saw Dr. Taylor for two years and did great with him. Then we moved. And when they call me to schedule his cleaning I mentioned that we moved so they asked me if I want to deactivated the chart and I said yes. Not knowing that it will be irreversible. Now I am willing to drive to go back to Dr. Taylor and they will not reactivate the account although it’s been less than a year since he has been in the office. They just dismissed him as a patient forever. Which I find very strange. I wonder if this is the case because he is a child with Down Syndrome or this is their policy.
Ofrecen un excelente ambiente que hace que los niños olviden el típico miedo al dentista, muy amables y profesionales. Además fue muy reconfortante para mi y mis niñas que tuvieran alguien que habla español.
ANN IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!!! She set an apt for my son & I confirmed it before hanging up. (I tried to get it the Monday before while my son was off but she said the following day they had an apt) before hanging up I wrote it on my calendar as a reminder I got an email saying it’s for another day so I called & said “I was told today, Tuesday @ 11:30 he sees you guys. I spoke with you last Thursday to make this apt” & she said “uh no, you have it for the 27th” I feel as if she didn’t want to admit to her wrong (she already did this to me before! This isn’t the first time! For a restorative apt she told me SHE’LL call me back to reschedule & never did & then put the blame on me when I finally filled my sons cavity at his routine cleaning) Before hanging up I told her “I kept my son out of school because this is the day we set the apt for” & she rudely replies “well why would I tell you the apt is for today if I set it for the 27th” This is the 2nd time she wrongly does something & doesn’t want to admit to it. & on top of that she is extremely rude. ** This is the same lady who was trying to make me write a 5-star review for the office & didn’t want me to leave the office last time til I got the link to do so** I kept telling her I’m not getting it & she kept me there for an extra 10-15 mins after my son was done with his apt just to try & send me this link that I eventually just told her I received it so we can just get out of there . It’s crazy how they try to make their patients write perfect reviews but when they aren’t requesting for you to write a review, they are god awfully rude to you .
Dr. Taylor and staff are always so kind and patient, and my two kids always look forward to their dentist visits! I think it speaks volumes that a 3 year old and 6 year old love getting cleanings done and talk about wanting to go a week before their actual appointment. I highly recommend this place!
All 3 of my kids have been to Dr Taylor. My son 12 years ago was treated so kindly and with patients even when nervous and with anxiety. And I drive a hour one way to take my 3rd child to him after my older kids aged out of pediatric dental care. He and his staff are warm and caring and informative. When I needed to have my kids seen appointment times were always able to be seen in a week or little more. He was worth the first drive out, and continued to be worth the long drive for care of a great dentist for my kids.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
