Dr. Williams has been my son's pediatrician since birth. Trust, integrity... goes a long way... with caring for my son..

The receptionist is very nasty and rude.

Direct and clean office very resourceful.

Good Dr. Receptionist are very attentive and professional.

I chose Dr. Williams simply because she was the only black woman I found to take my daughters insurance, and coming from doctors of other ethnicities I thought I would feel more confident in her knowledge. Unfortunately, this office was terrible and un-professional. My daughter has a mass on her head and no doctor could tell what is was, Dr. Williams ordered an MRI and Ultrasound be done. This office failed to fax over my daughters referral twice, never called for a follow up on the MRI results, which caused me to re-schedule her appt. The staff here is so ghetto and does not care about the patients well being, they dismiss you and answer questions so aggressively. As a mother who has cried over not knowing what is wrong with my daughters head, this was the worst part of the experience. They made everything 10x harder, and this was her first appt. Requested to get a call back from the doctor, still nothing. I will be removing her immediately.

This place has gotten worse over the years. You can't get no one to answer the phone. You literally have to go in the office to make a appointment. Or get any records. Vary sad

African American physician that takes care of our little brown people and addresses their needs and gives great advice to adolescents. Up to date in the latest medical advances that are relevant to our ethnicity. Very patient kind and professional. The staff also is very professional and great with the kids.

Dr William's has been my kids doctor for about 17 years. She has always been very kind and attentive to my kids health. I love how she takes the time with my kids and dont rush to diagnose them just to get them out the way .. She wants what's best for them and always looks for results in anything I come to her for my kids.. She is reliable she is an amazing human being with a big heart. I will recommend everyone to her.... I have never seen another pediatrician other than her and I have 4 kids ragging from 17 to 7 and with all of them she is amazing

If I could I would give Dr. Williams 10 million stars...SHE IS THAT GOOD! She is the only doctor my children know and I have a 19 year old and a 12 year old. Every positive review is TRUE. She takes her time with each child. She listens to each concern. She is a MAJOR part of my village. The care and attentiveness that she gives to each and every patient is top notch. She does not over medicate or just treat a patient, she heals and her care goes beyond just pediatrician. She counsels the kids and is so relatable they enjoy each and every visit. Even the ones where they have to get a shot. My ENTIRE family LOVES her. Best Pediatrician in our area... PERIOD!!!!!

I use to like this Doctors office My Kids been going here for 6 years but they’ve been conducting their business very unprofessional & inconsistent lately can’t even get anyone on the phone to make an appointment
