I went to the urgent care at lake Mary and had to see this doctor. He is very nonchalant and didn’t seem to take my concerns serious and acted as if I wasted his time there even though I waited 2 hours just to see a doctor . And I do not feel comfortable even coming to advent health in lake Mary anymore due to this experience with this doctor. Even the male nurse acted like he didn’t want to be there while the doctor acted like he simply didn’t care to help . This was probably the worse uncomfortable feeling I have ever had at an ER in my life. Terrible bedside manner as if I am suppose to just figure out my own issues and wasn’t told any urine tests results or labs , felt like I was bothering them when I came here for help ?! Definitely do not recommend.

Terrible bedside manner! Rude and condescending and told me to leave the hospital when I asked for my discharge papers bc he was so rude. He refused to prescribe antibiotics and tried to force me to leave the er after 3 hours sitting with no care. I am a middle aged single mom of four daughters. Just had mammogram and sonogram Monday and there is a large bump under my aereola Not seen during the scans. And he refused to inspect SMS treat me bc I complained of his rudenesss.

This “doctor” was very rude and condescending. He literally laughed at me when I asked if my daughter possibly had COVID-19 when the virus first started spreading. She did have COVID, and then I got it. Thankfully the respiratory tech took me seriously and gave my daughter, who is Autistic and nonverbal, an oral steroid and a breathing treatment to help improve her breathing. My daughter woke up at midnight gasping for breath and has no asthma or lung issues and you laughed at a terrified mom who was seeking your help and humiliated me. I hope you see these reviews Dr. Mostaan and change your ways because you are the absolute worse medical professional I have ever had the displeasure of meeting!!

I visited the Advent Health in Lake Mary and this doctor had the worst bedside manner that I have ever personally experienced. I would not suggest him to my worst enemy.

Excellent doctor and very knowledgeable. Took his time in treating me at the ER and fully explained everything to me. I would highly recommend him.
