The eyewear consultant didn't make my order as I requested. I clearly explained that I wanted anti-reflective and transition lenses. However, when I received the glasses, the lenses were clear. Therefore, they wanted me to pay extra to have them remade. The lenses also have glare defects. I don't recommend them; there are other, better options. They are supposed to be professionals capable of handling customer requests and meeting their needs. very bad service, and high prices.

Always an amazing experience. Liliana and Carmen were very welcoming when I came in for my appointment, and they called me back to do my testing very quickly even though I had made it an hour early to my appointment. Darlene made my testing experience so fun and Dr Cortes was very thorough during my exam. Lauren and Maria helped me pick my glasses and made sure I picked something that kept up with the latest styles. Would definitely recommend

The staff is polite and by name Lauren is awesome . Her trainee Sabrina is gentle quiet but shows eagerness to learn . Dr Cortes took the time to answer my questions . Environment is clean and welcoming .
