Always an amazing experience. Liliana and Carmen were very welcoming when I came in for my appointment, and they called me back to do my testing very quickly even though I had made it an hour early to my appointment. Darlene made my testing experience so fun and Dr Cortes was very thorough during my exam. Lauren and Maria helped me pick my glasses and made sure I picked something that kept up with the latest styles. Would definitely recommend

The staff is polite and by name Lauren is awesome . Her trainee Sabrina is gentle quiet but shows eagerness to learn . Dr Cortes took the time to answer my questions . Environment is clean and welcoming .

Thank you Uptown Eyecare for a pleasurable experience during my appointment. Feeling welcomed while walking into a clean and well organized office, staff with positive and warm attitude. Every portion of the exam was treated with care and informative. Moving along from one portion of the exam to the next was efficient. Any and all questions I had were answered. The entire experience was pleasant and I would recommend uptown eyecare to family and friends to schedule their appointments soon!
