Very rude, dismissive, overall disrespectful dr. Would not recommend her!

She got very defensive when I asked Two questions. Question one why do I need to give my pdm to your assistant I DIDNT understand so I asked the doctor, Second question why was I put in a tiny BROWN room and closed the door Does the door need to be closed , She nearly lost it , her response to my questions where I can not have you as a patient. My response to that is I see now why you have your bad reviews. The STAFF ARE WONDERFUL BUT YOU ONLY deal with them at the beginning and to pay at the end No compassion or sensitivity WHAT so ever… Waited weeks to see her Just to get treated like a problem because I asked two questions. I wonder if I asked the serious question how would she react ?

Dr. Patel refused to give my husband his prescription without being seen even though he’s been a type one diabetic since he was two years old. I completely understand he needs to get his labs done but he’s not gonna stop needing insulin because he hasn’t been seen for eight months. I asked what can I just get a prescription until he can be seen next week and they said no. So they have no availability until next week and they won’t give me a prescription on medication he needs to live. Never going back. Doesn’t care at all.

Patient for 5 years, this Doctors does not care about her patients, it’s all about the money, extremely rude, she would not take your calls or return your calls ever, if you want to understand your abnormal lab test results, you have to wait until your next appointment in a month or 2, so she can guarantee more money for her, it does not matter if your health condition is urgent! If you want to redo some lab results to monitor your progress, you have to come in too, does not matter if you just saw her recently, and she have nothing to discuss with you 🤷🏻‍♂️😏 The staff is even worse, extremely unprofessional, no manners whatsoever, she does not even have a nurse, the front desk girl transforms to become a nurse and takes your vitals😳, it does not matter if she never received proper education and training… the cashier is your nurse!! So buckle up 😂 We tolerated her for all these years since she is the only specialist in our area which takes our insurance, but we would rather drive 2 hours than to deal with her again🤦🏻‍♂️ The office is quite filthy too, Equipment since WW2

Dr. Patil is excellent. She is caring and goes out of her way for her patients. I am a physician myself so I know how to identify an excellent specialist and she embodies this and more. I highly recommend her to all.

I am a patient of a doctor Patel. If they would have zero star rating I would give them zero. the front desk lady is very rude and doesn’t want to do her job. I made a complaint to the doctor, but it sounds like the doctor is okay with her being rude. My first visit the doctor was 30 minutes late and I take it as disrespectful. I’m a therapist myself and I am never late. If you can stay away from this office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patil for quite some time. She is one of the most caring physicans l have seen. You never feel rushed, she listens to your concerns. She never gave up one and continued to dig until she found my issue. She saved my life. I have recommended her to several friends and they feel the same. She is the best.
