Vinicio Hernandez's Online Review Report Card

I have been with this doctor for a while and he’s blah nothing to impress. You get in and 4 out the 5 times I saw him he was always late meaning I have been in the room for more than 20 minutes waiting ( but that’s ok) Today I had an appointment at 9:30 they called me yesterday to remind me and said your appointment is at 9:30 am and I get here today at 9:25 and the girl tells me I’m late I was supposed to be there at 9:15am and they would not see me! After I came 45 driving. How selfish and irresponsible you have to be? Why is it ok for doctors to leave you waiting because they are “busy” and we have to take it? It’s not ok. People’s time matters and is costly. I will never be back here. Incredible inconsiderate. If they would have said be here at 9:15 I am there at 9:10.

Dr Hernandez has been my specialist for the past 5 1/2 years and he has been the best choice I have been able to make. He takes the time to listen to me and answer all the questions I have and now that he has once again sought out all the help so that I can pay for my treatment. The office staff has helped me in everything, do not get carried away by comments that people put because every story has two sides and give the DR the opportunity and you will not regret it.

I have been a patient of the Dr since 2017, Dr Vinicio has always explained and answered all my questions, he has never attended me in a hurry, he listens to me, he puts himself in the position of the patient and now that I relapsed into the disease, he has been there for me in everything, he has moved. to look for help to be able to pay for my treatment and all his staff are super attentive and attentive that I feel good I do not change my dr for nothing I feel super confident in his hands God bless you Dr for helping your patients and having so much empathy with us .

I was a new patient referred to Dr Hernandez by my PCP., after reading some of the disturbing reviews I was unsure but decided to trust the referral of my PCP. I am so very glad I did. Absolutely nothing I read in the reviews was an issue or true! I was seen at exactly my appointment time, the was immaculate and well appointed. From the Front office Staff to the technicians in the back office everyone was friendly, welcoming , efficient & polite, not to mention caring and attentive to what I told them. Christen, Dr Hernandez’s PA was through, warm, polite and understanding. She answered all my questions clearly. Dr Hernandez was warm and caring, as this was a consultation he spent the better part of an hour explaining things to me and answering my questions. There was no feeling of being on a clock or rushed. He was great and I was so pleased with him. Please do not let Reviews scare you away from this caring office & Doctor as they almost did with me.

Pleases don’t go to this dr or person office they don’t care about the condition of patient they only care about MONEY my sister is waiting for months and them because she from the beginning don’t have insurance now she have and then they cancel the appointment because some problem with some a prove they just care about MONEY if my sister died or live they don’t care please is more DR with more responsibility because the bill you can pay little by little.

This man has gone above and BEYOND to keep my father alive from aggressive colon cancer. We aren’t wealthy and couldn’t afford the treatments and he found my father the programs and grants to keep him under treatment and fighting the cancer. I cannot thank this man enough for what he’s done for us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My father continues to live and beat cancer under his care.

Dr V Hernandez was always a little rude, and he gave me 2 diagnosis without explaining what they were. At the end of the office visit was told to follow up in 6 months.

excellent doctor . I used to go there years ago for my anemia I am doing good now . He is an excellent doctor.

I went to the doctor for an iron infusion, the needle escaped from the vein. Now I have an iron stain size of a pancake, and now it's permanently damaged for the rest of my life. I asked the doctor "what do I do about this, I'm not happy about this it's ugly" he yelled at me "get a lawyer and sue me and don't come back here anymore!" this is the worst doctor I've ever seen in my life.Dont come to this doctor ever.

No masking policy. They kept trying to talk to me without a mask on. I was in tears they did not care.
