The owners Amit & Ritika, along with the manager Katia are deceiving, dishonest, and pompous. They will say anything to get your business, and the staff is extremely fake. My recommendation is to go to another medspa who doesn't put on a façade to earn your business. The reviews are all paid client testimonials &/or have been incentivized to write a 5-star review, which is unethical & unjust.

This place is so awesome! I stopped in for the Botox party and all the girls were so nice and welcoming. The snacks and bubbly were great! I got my Botox and signed up as a member because I loved them all and felt so welcome!

I don’t know how to explain about this amazing med spa and every single thing here. This place have such a wonderful environment and everyone is very welcoming, friendly and professional!!! I love how they think about every detail I mean they have the room for my husband to wait and enjoy while I get service done !!! No complaint from him 😂 they also have weighted blanket. I mean they really thought of every single detail for customers best experience!! Not mentioning they have wine, sparkling, coffee etc. I received hydra facial today and Laysa is AMAZING she is very knowledgeable and give me all advice how to take care of my skin we had a very good time!!! I had a bad experience with hydra facial before but Laysa did amazing my face is glowing!!! The owner she is very friendly and beautiful also funny😁 I am millions %%%% recommend this place!! I’m already a member 😂😂😂 I promise you will walk out from this place beautiful and a warm heart ❤️ Also this is the stuff in my pore that Laysa took them out without digging into my face! 🤢 you don’t want that on your skin.

Obsessed with my results!! I recently moved from Miami to Orlando, & the first thing I did was search for a new Medspa to call home. I couldn’t be more happy I chose VIO Med SoDo! I’ve received two treatments so far Botox & filler. Although I’m familiar with these treatments, the nurses & treatment techniques matter! Can’t thank both nurse Tara and Tran enough. A few weeks later and I’m obsessed with the results. Thank you ladies. I’m so happy I found my new home!!!

Vio Med Spa is the absolute best! I always feel so spoiled the second I walk in the door! The team is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and hospitable! Tran and Tara have taken amazing care of me and I am always so happy with my results! For me, it’s all about Customer Service, and they continue to knock it out of the park! Thank you, team!

V/O is a beautiful Med Spa. Everyone was so friendly. I had a Morpheus needling treatment which I am very pleased with. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
