Great staff and student optometrists. They give you the option to be seen by them and I opted in, since it helps the next generation build experience. Everyone was very polite and understanding, even when I had unconventional questions. I sincerely appreciate their care, consideration, and thorough examinations. They even took the time to explain certain things to me that no other optometrist had ever covered previously. I would certainly recommend this location.

I had an eye medical emergency right before traveling. Even though I was not an existing payment, they squeezed me in for an appointment and realized I had previously been misdiagnosed. They reassured me, prescribed medicine and even gave me her personal phone number in case I encountered issues. Incredible service that goes way beyond glasses.

I have been going to VHI over 10 years. I have always left there completely satisfied with the care and services received. Dr Perry is excellent. The staff are professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. They also offers a wide selection of frames for your eyewear.

From the moment I walked into Vision Health Institute, I had an outstanding experience. I was warmly greeted by Tayla, who immediately made me feel welcome. Dr. Ho was incredible—patient, thorough, and took the time to educate me throughout my exam, making sure all of my questions were answered. Daniel was amazing in helping me choose the perfect frames for my face, which definitely wasn’t an easy task! His recommendations were spot on, and I’m so happy with the pair we selected. When I returned to pick up my glasses, Jared was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how my transition lenses work and what to expect while adjusting to them. Every member of the team was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. I highly recommend Vision Health Institute to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and a wonderful customer experience.
