Online Reviews Breakdown
List of Vladimir Pech's Reviews
I had an incredible new patient visit with Dr. Pech. I have an autoimmune disease that is largely unknown and needed a primary care doctor who was willing to play quarterback for my specialists. He took time to understand what I was experiencing, validate my symptoms, and brainstorm a game plan for managing my disease that took my preferences into consideration and still followed clinical, evidence-based best practice. He establish a renewed baseline with several labs and his staff followed up on my lab results and offered referrals based on my lab findings. I would highly recommend him to my friends in family. Additionally, I'm not pro-medication if I don't have to, so he was offered useful lifestyle, diet based suggestions to relieve my symptoms and prevent going on medication as long as possible.
Dr. Pech even told me on our first visit, verbatim: "This clinic isn't very good, anyway." I'll bet his hiter will love to hear that! This guy doesn't deserve a medical license. The Oath doesn't mean that you're supposed to be a hypocrite. Maybe not in mother Russia...so just go back there if you want to practice without caring about anyone.
Tried to tell me that I don't have a genetic disorder he clearly didn't know anything about that has already been diagnosed.
Insulting. Clearly completely ignorant about Ehlers-Danlos syndrome yet tried to tell me I don't have it when it has already been diagnosed and I'm a textbook case. I have a new, PAINFUL BONY LUMP ON MY CHEST AND HE TRIED TO TELL ME IT'S NOT A PROBLEM. Also tried to tell me I don't have enlarged lymph nodes when I was supposed to have gotten a biopsy last March and they were seen on ultrasound as recently as a month ago. My father died of cancer at my age and never even got a definitive diagnosis. Didn't listen to me at all. I hope he gets sued and loses his license.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
