Originally looked up and went to Waterford Chase Dental for a second opinion on a recent dental plan from other provider. The team there and Dr. Parikh listened to my concerns, focused on the issue that needed attention at the moment, and made sure there was no pain to be seen. As someone who has never been a big fan of going to the dentists, I can't recommend them enough, as the trip was painless and as stress free as I could have asked for.

The doctor is really nice but their team can come off a little snarky. I also think it's weird they did not schedule me for any of my future appointments. They only tried to schedule me for a cleaning but not my feelings. Since getting my cleaning, I've been trying to get in contact with their office for weeks to schedule my feelings. You would think that they would want to get ahead of that. The fact that they close really early too does not help

This is the BEST dental office in the central Florida area. First went here several years ago when Sage dental office told me I had micro cavities - nothing found on x rays. Came here for a second opinion and there was nothing that needed treatment. The hygienist takes her time making sure your teeth are perfectly clean and stain free. I told her dentist offices were a sensory nightmare for me, and she made sure I was comfortable as can be. Dr Bifsha makes sure everything looks good and won’t try to bill you for something you don’t need. Been coming here for years and briefly tried a different office with different insurance, and the treatment was way different. This is the best.

The staff and Dr are absolutely amazing!!!! Highly recommend. I have a little bit of fear and he makes sure to communicate and explains what he is doing. That makes a BIG difference.

Went to Waterford Chase Dental after being seen by another dentist that told me 3 of my teeth had to be removed. After consulting with Dr. Enea Bifsha he came up with a treatment plan to save all of them. He made sure i was completely comfortable and did a great job. My teeth now not only look and feel great but to my surprise there was absolutely no pain after. Finally found a dentist i can happily go back to!

I saw Dr B for a burn blister (8/23)on the roof of my mouth . I loved everything about that office . The girls are all sweet polite, funny. Especially Vanessa . Dr B was I felt very down to earth and personal . I will return . My daughter referred me and I see why she likes their care. I will switch as well. They were great.
