Wilfred Onyia's Online Review Report Card

Dr.Oniya was an amazing!! MD to my father, a lot of other doctors didn’t know how to help as much as they could, but Dr.Oniya DIDN’T give up on my father, down to the medication we couldn’t afford. He was a huge advocate for us and got him the medication he needed, He saved my father and our family.

The person that answers the phone is extremely rude. Disgusting behavior. If you hate dealing with people, find another job.

I have never gotten the chance to thank Dr. O properly. If you're considering choosing him - do it! While I was in remission for cancer I developed other issues that no other doctor was able to resolve. Dr. Onyia did not give up on me and even went to bat for me with my insurance. I do not say this lightly; this doctor saved my life. He was always a great listener and made himself available for my family's continual questions lol. He made such a huge difference in all of our lives!!!!

Dr Onyia took care of me last year while hospitalized. He took time to listen to me and was able to get me treatment. After hospital, his office was fantastic to deal with. Kindness and compassion were evident in everything they did. They kept up with my therapy and diagnostics, help was always a phone call away . I recovered thanks to this practice and will be eternally grateful

Dr. Oniya cared for my mother several years before she passed. She suffered from M.S for many years before her passing. Of all of her physician Dr. Oniya was one of the best. He gave thorough explanations of what was happening and the best course of treatment. He never made me feel as if he was in hurry to make his rounds, and answered all of the families questions. In her worst moments I could see the despair on his face. He really cares for his patients.

I never actually saw the doctor. I filled out the online "Request an Appointment". Then on Sunday, at 11:00am a lady calls me and tells me shes calling on behalf of the Dr's office. She takes my information and then tells me that she will see if there is someone at the Dr. Office to transfer me to. After a millisecond, she says "There must not be anyone's in today. Please call this number." What a joke and a waste of everyone time. What Dr is in on Sunday? Why Did I fill out the form just to be told to call the number that was on the form. Now some 3rd party has my info. So then I call the Dr. Office and I'm told that I cant make an appointment. I have to be referred. So if that's the case, they should put that on the form and save everyone time and energy. If this is how their systems work, I will go somewhere else. Just another Dr. Office that doesn't care about my time.

I am an ICU Nurse. My experience with Dr Onyia caring for both my parents has been outstanding, he spends time explaining patient conditions , treatment plan & expected outcome. He is personable but most importantly an expert infectious disease specialist. I will highly recommend him to any family members.

One of the most caring doctors I have ever met. Dr. Onyia cared for my mother for over 1 year. His knowledge and bedside manner did not go unnoticed by many. God bless this man.
