The doctors are wonderful. Specifically Dr. Nguyen who I have been seeing for years. However the billing department is extremely frustrating. Before my appointment was scheduled the receptionist confirmed with my insurance that all costs would be covered. After the appointment, I was sent a bill. I spoke with the billing department several times and they confirmed they could see a note that all cost should have been covered. It’s been months and no one is able to help me resolve the issue. Everyone tells me they will look into it and the next call I get is a reminder to pay the bill. This is extremely poor service and frustrating to me as a patient.

I write this review with great pleasure! After a communication problem with the center, the staff took care to resolve it in a very kind way, especially Mrs. Priscila understood my questions and spared no effort to help me. From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone is super friendly and attentive.

Even if they accept your insurance their exams might not be in network which doesn't make sense. The doctor can see you but you have to go somewhere else for the exams. In other words, what's the purpose of seeing their doctors, if the exams won't be covered by insurance.
