Front Office staff are very nice and I appreciate how they helped me. The nurses that get you checked in make you feel welcome and are so sweet <3 A sincere thank you to both teams!!Dr. Nguyen however, is terrible. In two visits she spent less than 5 minutes and just under 2 minutes (respectively) with me. I have a condition that doesn't let me use the birth control pill but she keeps pushing it on me and laughed at me when I said I don't trust the other methods. My PCP has helped me with my PCOS more than she has. Doctor: Fired.

Dr. Fu and Janet are amazing! The staff has always been helpful and friendly. We are in the process of trying to get pregnant, not there yet, but each appointment gets us closer.

This office is very very very difficult to schedule anything with. Every provider who is actually a doctor is always booked. Even being pregnant I could never get an appointment to be seen. Extremely frustrating. I’ve waited on the phone for 10-20 minutes each time just trying to find an appointment but never was successful. As if having a baby wasn’t stressful enough they will surely push you over the edge in frustration. When I did finally get an appointment (at an office 35 minutes away) I was charged an obscene amount that I had to pay up front right when I walked in before I even saw the doctor. They require so many ultrasounds and extras that you have to pay for and they are not even necessary or recommended by the ACOG (American College of Gynecologists). Hoping to find a different provider who can actually fit me into their schedule and not overcharge me.
