The absolute worst experience!! I left the facility in tears. I just wanted to be seen after two months of waiting for my appointment. They didn't tell me they didn't accept my new insurance and decided to tell me when I walked in or I could pay $600 out of pocket. I just want my medicine and find out why my body is messed up! Avoid this place at all costs! Absolutely rude front staff as well. And the wait time is ridiculous.

I started out seeing Dr. Capobianco as my primary care doctor and now I’ve transitioned into seeing her for my prenatal visits. I can’t recommend Dr. Capobianco and the staff at Women’s Care enough! Everyone from the front desk to nurses to technicians are so friendly and kind. I always feel heard and comfortable. The scheduling process is also super easy and I appreciate the frequent text reminders. The wait is also great and I’ve never had to sit for too long. This is an amazing practice and I’m so glad to have them as part of my health care team!

I’ve had great experiences with this clinic. My first prenatal visit the wait was longer than expected however the staff was very apologetic which I appreciated. The only issue I had was at my recent visit during my sonogram one of the nurses barged in to ask me questions. I was a little upset because I feel as though it could have waited until after my ultrasound was done. I understand this is a daily thing for them but for me it was a special moment and it was tainted by questions, nonetheless I felt as though her attitude was very judgmental towards the answers provided. I felt horrible about it the rest of the day. Besides this I would still recommend to friends and family if the opportunity came. I just hope I don’t have another experience like this again.

From the moment I walked in until the end of my visit it was absolutely pleasant. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Johnson was so amazing! I had so many concerns and she literally took the time to sit with me and really hear me out. I didn’t feel like just a “number” but a valued patient even though it was my first visit. The staff at this facility literally worked like a well oiled machine and you can totally see that the very same passion and gentleness the doctor showed it is a reflection on the staff because they too showed that passion and gentleness. What a BLESSING this facility was to me! I will recommend this place to everyone I know! Thank you ladies for making me feel so loved and cared for!

This office has been fine. The first and only time I saw the doctor, they were running an hour behind and I feel like Dr. Johnson was super rushed because of it. She apologized, but I wanted to talk about BC options and ways to handle my debilitating periods, specifically an IUD, and the advice I was given was “That’s certainly an option, I can’t make that decision for you, let me know if you decide you want to go that route.” I’m talking to you, my doctor, about this because I don’t know if that IS the option I want and I was hoping for some help from a medical professional in making that determination. I have a complex family history, and at no point was pain management during the procedure or any risks or benefits discussed. I was able to get my Gardasil done here, but the appointment for one of the doses had to be rescheduled which was also inconvenient. I was very disappointed because all of the reviews of Dr. Johnson mention how thorough she is, so I’m not sure if it was the delay that day in the clinic, but I’m tired of feeling like my care is not a priority at OBGYN offices because I’m not having a Big Expensive Baby™️, so honestly I will not be back. The second star is only because I was able to get my Gardasil done here.

Dr. Johnson was incredibly caring and polite. Made sure I felt comfortable and communicated very clearly. I really recommend her for any of my fellow neurodivergents out there.
