Apparently I’ve been “discharged” from every location of this practice with no real explanation as to why. They cancelled my appointment and will not see me.

The office is small but it is easy to get to. There is plenty of parking nearby. The office is always clean and bright. The staff is friendly. The group of doctors gives you options for preference in age, education, gender, etc. Having the group also gives you options for appointment dates and times if you do not mind seeing different doctors. I have been going to one of their offices for many, many years. This office is my preferred one because it is close to my house.

Dr Merritt was very professional and friendly. She had an answer to every question and concern I had. Definitely plan to continue with her as my provider.

The Best Practice I've been treated at. Such caring staff. I would recommend it to everyone. I love Dr Merritt, always takes time to speak to You & make you feel like family. Keep up the good work.

Scheduler “Love” was EXTREMELY unprofessional, short and rude while I was asking for information on how their plans of care work. Refused to transfer me to anyone else or give me any real answers after I asked many times to speak with someone who could provide me with information she did not have. Initial phone calls like this turn away good patients

Dr. Merritt is my doctor for the past 8 or 9 years. I love her. She is always explaining stuff in full detail. She makes me understand completely any issues I was having. She explains everything before doing anything. The entire staff is so pleasant every time. They always treat me as if I’m part of the family. The office is always so clean. I would definitely recommend her. She and her staff will never let you down.

Dr. Chambers is amazing! From the timely and safe delivery of my son 6 years ago to her ongoing compassion and care that shows at each visit, she exceeds my expectations everytime. I won't trust any other doctor with my care!

After weeks of research, I decided to make Dr. Parmelee Thatcher my doctor for the birth of our first child. She was thorough in her explanations overall and met most of my expectations for receiving quality prenatal care. Since this practice has several doctors, I was encouraged to meet all of them as there was a possibility Dr. Thatcher might not be on call when I went into labor. Unfortunately, I saw every doctor but one - Dr. April Merritt.While I spent nearly 9 months discussing my detailed birth plan with Dr. Thatcher and other doctors at this practice, I felt like Dr. Merritt discarded it like trash as soon as she walked in the delivery room. My labor was progressing naturally without issue, but she insisted my chosen birth plan could not be executed successfully. When I asked why, she brought up reasons that did not make any sense. If there were valid reasons, I would have discussed them with Dr. Thatcher as she signed off on my birth plan and all other doctors were aware.While in severe labor pains, Dr. Merritt then proceeds to take out a notepad and wanted my husband and I to quickly read her illegible handwriting and give signature to remove her and the practice from liability in case anything went wrong. I have never seen this done in any reputable healthcare setting. She was extremely rude and showed no empathy. There was no support from her at all. In the end, her presence was overbearing and I gave up on having the birth experience I planned for. To say the least, I was devastated. In my follow-up with Dr. Thatcher, she expressed regret for what happened. I felt like Dr. Merritt did not see me as person and treated me like another number.As my husband and I prepare for our second child, we decided we cannot return to this practice (after investing months of time, energy, and money) and have the same deplorable outcomes

I have been a patient of Delaneys for over 7 years and I absolutely love the staff and my Doctor. Everyone is personable and attentive, I have never visited a better health care facility for any type of care. I will be a patient for as long as they continue to service with excellence.
