Dr. Johnson is great but the billing coordinator is rude. I was told my procedure was covered by my insurance then provided a 600 dollar bill weeks later because the insurance has now rejected it. I was told they did all they needed to do and I would be responsible to pay out of pocket. Never been to a doctor where this happens. Don’t recommend unless you want a large bill after your visit.

Dr. Johnson came highly recommended and I definitely agree! My entire experience from the moment I entered Woman’s Care to the moment I checked out I have only great things to say. The staff were super friendly. The cleanliness of the office was superb. The wait time was nothing. I was super nervous being that I was overdue for an exam, but Dr. Johnson was amazing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Went for a new patient visit and it was great, definitely plan to continue going here. All staff was friendly/professional. Dr. Bethancourt listened to all of my concerns and answered any questions i had. I felt very comfortable during the pelvic exam. I forget the name of the nurse, but she was awesome as well! She did a great job pulling blood on me and giving me a vaccine, very minimal discomfort from the pokes and got it done quickly. Very happy with my visit!

I visited Women’s care few month ago, I am very disappointed by customer service which is totally deplorable, we are not taken seriously on refund problems. THIEVES

I wasn't thinking of commenting because I trusted the refund process, but after seeing the comment from the person below with the same problem, I'm thinking that this is a fairly recurrent problem at this firm. I even wonder if this practice's economy isn't based on double-paying for each consultation, which they never reimburse. Are we going to see our money again?

SCAM: I am particularly disappointed with my appointment at the clinic. I didn't necessarily intend to write a review, but the reception and the individuals at the front desk were very cold and abrupt. The consultation with the nurse was great; she was very kind and competent. However, with the gynecologist, it was slightly different, and I didn't feel very comfortable. That's not necessarily the point. My appointment was in September 2023, and I paid the fees on the same day. My insurance provided reimbursement directly to the clinic and informed me that I didn't have to pay upfront, contrary to what the front desk staff told me. SO they get paid twice. I am currently fighting to get my money back, which I have been requesting for several months now, and nobody seems to have control over it, or I don't get any response at all. If you have money to lose, go for it.
