She used to be very good, but lately she has been very inpatient with us and rush in and out of the room without spending much time to listen to our concerns/problems. Her staffs are also rude. I think it's time to move on.

I visited Dr. ZHU Wed May the 5th of 2021 for acid reflux. After waiting for a hour past the scheduled time she finally arrives. Less then a five minute visit and all that was said was "throat, cancer and endoscopy." I was written a prescription and was told I would be called to be scheduled a date for the endoscopy. After I've called multiple times and left a voice message as of June 3rd 2021 I still have no way of getting the endoscopy scheduled. This is after I went back to the office but unfortunately it was closed that day. I strongly suggest finding someone else.
