The staff is always wonderful. Dr. Gonzalez and her PA are fantastic and address all my concerns. The wait time is always extensive but I understand because she is taking time with all of her patients.

I left the appointment after waiting more than one hour for the doctor for my appointment. Little regard is shown for patients from the onset when a patient’s weight is taken and there’s nowhere to place your purse or drink except the floor. When I state that, the nurse says, “Yeah.” Then nothing. I had to place my things on the floor next to the scale. Gross! In the past there were clearly emergencies with other patients that caused delays in my appointment (I knew this because I could hear everything through the walls) and understood. This time, no. I heard laughter, jokes, plans for the evening being made. My EKG was immediately taken then someone else came in to give me those results without introducing himself about 15-20 minutes later. Never saw him before and was taken aback. Waited another 30-40 minutes and finally gave up and left. Said goodbye and will be finding another cardiologist who values my time.
