We discussed the right treatment for my daughter who was diagnosed with Streps and staphylococcus, i asked penicillin because this is the treatment that cure this infection he said No, and he prescribed an antibiotic ( pills) even knowing my daughter has Gastritis, that he really knows is not the correct antibiotics apparently he follows the medical Practice of the Hospital very well, and i don't considere him as Good Doctor. he did not treat my daughter in the right way, my daughter still having the infection and i had to find out another Gastroenterologist who really care about her health.

Dr. Smadi was awful. He never answered my questions in , and he constantly spoke to me as if I was a child. I do not recommend this doctor at all.

We are very thankful for Dr. Smadi. My son was with several stomach issues and Dr. Smadi was the only one that helped us. He always explains everything to us and he shows empathy and care for our son.

When we started taking my daughter to doctor Smadi 4 years ago, we were at the end of our rope. We were frustrated and tired.We had been to many doctors and numerous er visits to only be told it was a stomach virus. After 6 months, we knew better. Dr. Smadi took the time to listen and formed a plan of action. We found my daughter has Crohn's disease and although it was scary he helped us learn and understand the disease. I only wish there were more doctors like him.

Dr. Smadi takes his time to understand what's going on with the patient and in a caring way offers accurate solutions to diagnose and treat him. My son has been seen by Dr. Smadi since he was a baby and my sons GI problems have improved and I think it's a blessing having him as my son's doctor.

Dr. Smadi seemed distracted. I had to keep reminding him of my child's symptoms. He continued to speak to my husband rather than me and I was the parent most able to provide details of my child's condition.
