Agende Cita por primera vez hace 5 meses. Si 5 meses!!! Llego el día de la cita, me enviaron mensajes y emails de confirmación llamadas todo. 40 minutos antes me dejan un mensaje de voz de que la doctora cancelo. Llamo y me dicen que no va a poder atenderme que la cita que me pueden dar es en dos meses mínimo y en lake Nona… pregunte si no se les da prioridad o si ella intenta acomodar a las pacientes que les cancela de esta forma y no. Simplemente es lo qué hay. Horrible customer service. Claramente me di de baja de esta clínica y llame a otra que me dio cita la semana siguiente. No quiero atenderme con una doctora así de irresponsable que piensa que mi tiempo es menos valioso que el de ella y que si tenía algo importante me hace esperar 7 meses…
