My family and I have been using Dr. Behzadi for many years. The entire team has consistently been amazing at hearing me as well as addressing and fixing all my concerns. They are friendly and personable. Dawn and the receptionist in the front office big shout out to you ladies. Thank you all for taking care of all our dental needs. 😍

I have been struggling with tooth pain/TMJ for almost a year now. I have yet to find any dental place that has truly tried to help me in any way. I spoke to Dawn twice and she has already made me feel so comfortable. She even reached out to me to let me know they have sooner availability and that she’s been thinking of me. I know most people would say, “that’s her job” but in reality she doesn’t have to go that extra mile and that truly makes me feel seen. Thank you Dawn. Thank you Downtown Dentistry. I can’t wait to feel better fully.

It's a struggle to find a dentist that isn't trying to push extra services on you all the time. At Your Downtown Dentistry, the dentist had me look at close up of my teeth, and asked me what I noticed. She was shaming me for having yellowed teeth, in effort to sell a whitening service. She also suggested pulling my wisdom tooth, for no reason other than it seemed hard to reach. (Keep in mind, this is an invasive procedure that can easily get infected, and the roots of your teeth are connected to your central nervous system.) Additionally, when I made my next appointment to have some fillings where I have gum recession, they told me they'd be done in one appointment. When the time came for my appointment, they did one, and told me I'd have to make another appointment to have the other one done. Nice. I'm still giving them 3 stars because the rest of the staff was friendly, and the work they did was ok.

They where Awesome all around..Very Professional and helpful, they where the best and they make sure to make you comfortable and feel at home while they do a fantastic job and take their time to also educate you on your needs, Dawn was Awesome and did Exceptional and Explained things clear and was a sweetheart on the phone and even better in person.You Won’t regret coming here.They do a Great Job Everyone of them.
