Zoila Jorro's Online Review Report Card

My mom had recently an unfortunate experience with Dr. Jorro, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. My mother spoke with this doctor for a medical follow-up, and the encounter left her deeply unsatisfied. Dr. Jorro’s displayed a lack of consideration for patients' time and was exceptionally rude in her communication. She appeared impatient and dismissive, which is not what one would expect from a healthcare professional. It was evident that she did not take the time to truly listen to our concerns or provide a compassionate and caring approach. As someone who values respectful and empathetic medical care, it was disappointing to receive such treatment. I believe that every patient deserves to be treated with kindness and understanding, regardless of the circumstances. I hope that this feedback reaches Dr. Jorro’s and that she takes it as an opportunity for self-improvement. In the future, I would recommend that she considers the impact of her behavior on her patients' well-being and strives for a more considerate and patient-centered approach. I trust that my experience will be taken constructively, and I hope that it leads to improvements in Dr. Jorro 's practice. Patients should be able to count on their healthcare providers for both medical expertise and respectful, considerate care.

The office staff was very profesional and friendly. Dr. Jorro was very helpful, concerned, and making sure I understood about the healthcare that was provided. I would like to thank the staff and Dr. Zoila for the excellent healthcare that was provided.

Dr Jorro takes very good care of her patients, she has a lot of knowledge including medications. I like that even when she specialize in elderly patients, She has PA's in her team who help her with the clinic, but as the main doctor is always aware of any decision and treatment with the patients.

I have been seeing Dr.Jorro for more than 10 Years. She is the best Doctor I have ever had, she listens to my concerns and is very down to earth, she is very caring and very professional at the same time.

I am writing to thank your entire staff for the excellent care received during my visit to your office last week. It was an unexpected visit but you still fit me into your schedule. Everyone was friendly and courteous and Dr. Jorro was very thorough.

My wife and myself have been patient's of Dr. Jorro for quite some time now about 10 years or more. And we are very happy not only with the doctor but also with her staff. Everyone is always very courteous and professional. the office is always very clean. We would refer her to everyone.

I have been going to this office for a couple of months now and the way they treat patients on the phone is ridiculous starting with the office manager. It is ridiculous as being a doctor's office they do not have good communication and respect with the patients. The manager is super rude. When I was explaining my problem to her, she didn't let me finish speaking and immediately what is her DOB. I fully understand that they have to verify patient information but that is not the way. They have to learn to have a little more respect for their patients and if they have problems at home or a bad day, leave their problems at home because it is not the fault of the patients. It's ridiculous that every time you call your doctor they put you on hold for 10 minutes and forget about you. Learn to be a little more professional.

If you care about your health or your love one I beg you not to go and see Jorro. My mom trusted her and was her biggest mistake ever! She never did the right tests and send her to an specialist. My mom was complaining for more than a year. Now my mom has cancer and has metastisis. RESPOND: First, my name is not Neida. We didn't went to any of the appts because we live in CT. If you trying to shame on us for that, its a weak one an irrelevant. You really have some nerves to tell me to remove “false comment”. This is an experience from a patient who saw her for many years. A lot of people were telling my mom not to see Jorro. My mom was very communicated of everything Jorro was suggesting her for her pain or discomfort. Jorro knew she was suffering of the same symptoms for more than a year but you only give her antibiotics and other medications. It was weird to hear that one time you suggested something holistic ?? A big red flag! If you are saying she send her to an specialist she acted really late. You also has some nerve to say “we did everything for your mom and beyond” Sorry, but not true.We were suggesting my mom not to see Jorro because any good doctor will send her right away to an specialist. But you didn't you wait until the end. Facts?? We have the medical records. Of course my mom moved from her office. What did you expect?? Legal actions? Go ahead. We ready to do the same! My mom make only one mistake and it was only to trust Jorro. My comment is an experience of my mom and whoever you are or anyone cant silence us. This is a lesson of not trust any doctor. To all your patients: If something doesn't feel right just run. You don't want to end like my mother. Ps: Did you see your rating? I believe there is another patient who has the same experience too.
