This guy was one of the biggest pull mill doctors. Shut down and arrested. Thought (was hoping) he was in jail. Became a pill mill doc after he botched abortions and lost his ability to be insured. Maybe the insurance thing has changed. But he’s still a huge scumbag linked to many deaths. Good job webMD. Are you even vetting your “MDs”?

real good pain management physician he cares about his patients and give the proper steps to recovery.actually gives the right prescription for whats best for the patients that he treat.in my book a good doctor and one of the best because hes not a quack like the others hes a real physician

This doctor now runs a so-called pain management clinic in Delray Beach, FL. He is nothing more than a glorified drug dealer in my humble opinion.He recently prescribed drugs to a young woman for "pain." That same day she died of a drug overdose on those same drugs. This guy has another death to his credit.Where is the licensing board or whatever when you need them?

This man provides abortions to females of all ages.. When one went in an unexpected manner, he didn't want to help. He refused to call the ambulance and let a premature baby be born, and just suffer until it died. the poor little boy was born and soon died. The poor mother needed help and nobody wanted to lend a helping hand.

Dr. Perper is by far one of the most abrupt and rude doctors I have ever met. He did not make me feel comfortable in the clinic setting. He did not speak to me, except when he was rudely instructing me to get into position for the examination. Do NOT under any circumstances let this doctor examine you. He makes you feel not like a patient or even a human being, but rather a chore that he hates to perform. He is brisk, cold, and simply mean. He made me nervous that he was going to hurt me and my body. I was warned by other patients not to talk to him because he would be mean to me, but I didn't listen. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. STAY AWAY from this doctor.
