I'm a healthcare professional and was scrambling to get a wonderful patient of ours taken care of in an urgent referral request. No other agency would make it work except AccentCare. They made several calls and worked hard to make sure our patient would be taken care of! Thanks so much!

Worst customer care I've ever had to deal with especially coming out of a 3 week hospital stay. They missed several appointments to change my wound VAC. Rude and very unprofessional

Some of the nurses and physical therapists are great, but most are terrible.... rude, unprofessional, and not compassionate. We've been given a day that a nurse is supposed to come out, only to wait all day for a phone call, and nothing. The nurses aren't consistent....new person every time. And, the best today, was the nurse who came out wasn't qualified to hook up the patient's IV. Another nurse came out, had no clue how to get the pump started(finally got it working), and showed ME(a family member) how to set up the IV....I guess I'm more qualified than the nurse who came out earlier. I really feel sad for folks who don't have a family member who can advocate for them with this company. If you have another option for home health, take it.
