One of the front desk guys must be a volunteer because three people were checked in while he was trying to get us checked in. The girl at the front desk had to take over for him. Finally taken back and the PA didn’t even touch my daughter. She hurt her ankle at a tournament and did literally no evaluation, just said X-ray looks fine. What kind of evaluation is that? Hours later and still waiting on crutches. If my daughter didn’t need the crutches I would have left. Horrible, would not recommend.

The kindness shown by the staff was was a wonderful experience. Mirian, Nina, Jennifer, & Melissa were so kind and professional. Their smiles made my day. The provider Diana took her time and treated me with care and kindness. I was thoroughly impressed by the entire staff. Shawn has an outstanding team. Well Done Centra Care.

Staff are condescending and rude. I hear them talking about other patients and laughing at them. The manager is very argumentative and rude I would have much rather just gone to any other location rather than here. Make people wait FOREVER on purpose

I got there in a Saturday at 4:30. Paid a $50 copay for the PA to spend less than I minute with me. She didn’t even check my ears or nose. Just my throat. She never came back in the room to explain what was wrong with me. She sent my information including dx on a paper with a guy that didn’t know anything. So rude! What they prescribed never works on me. I called the next day to get something else called in and they refused. I’m now having to go to my pcp and pay another copay to get proper treatment. I was rushed and the service was poor. Shane on you Advent for allowing this to happen! I don’t recommended to anyone for any reason. The sad thing is I’m really sick.

My girlfriend sliced her hand open to the point stitches were needed, and after she had been waiting in the back room they denied her due to not accepting her insurance. She offered to pay for everything regardless of cost yet still kicked her to the curb. They are very unprofessional and I highly recommend not seeing them!

Overall Good Experience, wait was minimal thankfully. My suggestion is for Rebekah to take a little more time with her patients bc I did have one more question, felt a little rushed. We spent maybe 5minutes discussing what was going on...My five year old daughter was suffering. Staff, Merian front desk was very nice to both my girls upon exiting. Offered them a treat. We've been exhausted with her viral infection for almost a week. Thank you all!

The customer service experience at this urgent care was excellent. Miriam at front desk was courteous and kind. Melissa was professional and efficient. Rebekah-ARNP was awesome. Thanks for providing your patients with great customer service.

The place is spotless. The staff is quick, responsive and professional. It is also a VA approved urgent care facility. I will utilize this facility in the future.
