Alyn Benezette's Online Review Report Card

I have been Dr. Benezette's patient for almost 18 years. Coinciding with my move to Florida, my migraine issue had become chronic. The doctors I saw prior, were ineffectual & I was facing an unbearable future. Thankfully, fate (or my health insurer) put Dr. Benezette in my path. While there's no cure for me, quite yet, I am no longer visiting the E.R. weekly. Dr. Benezette & his staff are compassionate & I no longer dread the dawning of another day.

As a first time patient, my friend made an appointment to get a much needed MRI after 3 weeks of dizziness, vomiting and visual disturbances. When finally arriving at the office , which is a 45 minute drive from home, he was told to fill out MANY pages before seeing Dr. Benezette. After nearly completing all the forms, he was denied his appointment. They did not tell him when he made his appointment that these papers needed filling out before arriving. Now he has to wait ANOTHER 3 WEEKS for the next initial appointment, which isn't even the MRI !! Never have we experienced such a circus as that office in Ormand Beach. You think the DR would have seen him somehow. It would only have taken him 15 minutes to schedule the MRI. This office is the most inefficient office we EVER experienced.

I have been seeing Dr. Benezette for 12 years after a terrible car accident which left me disabled. After many surgeries on my lower back, neck and knees I was left with debilitating pain. Dr. Benezette, his physican's assistant, Rebecca Martin and Dr. Gernert, all part of the team at Coastal Pain and Neurology, are the most compassionate and caring medical professionals I have ever been cared for by. I can not even imagine what the quality of my life would be without them!

Dr. Benezette is a great and compassionate doctor. He caught issues in my scans that were missed by the emergency room after my accident. Highly recommend.

The doctor is good but the staff makes him look bad. They mess up all the time. Making appointments on day a day the office was closed. Cancel appointments the day before your appointment and then say they dont have an appointment for 2 months from now. Now we sit in the waiting room waiting, waiting... 30 mins later I ask how much longer they say oh yes running an hour behind. Oh great that would be good news to give me when I signed in dont you think. His front office staff sucks!!!

What a joke HE IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. Do not expect decent care!!!!!!

I used to be one of Dr. Benezette's patients from July 2000 to 2007 when I moved to Dahlonega GA (about an hour North of Atlanta). Even after I moved here, I still made the trip down to his office for almost a year because he was the best! I miss him so very much. Dr. B, IF by chance you read this, please know that I did find a neurologist here, but they are not, in any way, as wonderful as you. I would love to let you know how I am doing.

He is caring and a great doctor!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Benezette for about 7 years. He is a wonderful, kind, considerate, and a lot of compassion. You are not a number to him. He not the kindof Doctor who just will write a prescription. He wants to help you. There are very few Doctors that can compare to him. He is always looking for a new way to help me everytime I see him. Even when his hands are tied behind his back because of the Insurance companies he will always try another way to get help.

This establishment is a disgrace to this country the staff is only interested in getting your insurance info. From there its all uphill they push as many of the overpriced procedures as possible the owner dr. Benezette and his staff will overbill every insurance invoice. Sent out they are the most sickeningly corrupt organization in the field and try dirty underhanded unethical tactics in order to keep you from getting a second opinion. Be warned you will walk away much worse off then when you. Arrived quite possibly the worst decision ever made during one of the most traumatizing events in my life. Please believe me this place is absolutely the epic worst..
