Anthony Tucker's Online Review Report Card

Went for pain in middle ear causing balance & nausea problems. Looked in ear. Said I need a hearing test. Did not offer any other helpful remedies. Manner was somewhat unfriendly & abrupt. I won't see this doctor again or Coastal ENT. May try DeLand ENT Dr.s next time.

I don't care about bedside manner if someone is a good Dr. This guy is dangerous. My husband went in with complaints of swallowing/eating and diagnosed him with, in simple terms, GERD. Prescribed meds and sent him on this way. Follow-up visit, nothing changed. My husband then called his office, going on over 2 months with concerns that he feels like it is getting worse and concerned about weight loss. Told by Dr. "these things take time". We took it upon ourselves to go to a gastroenterologist and they found a growth in lower esophagus which is cancer. Don't waste time going to this Dr. Might be the biggest mistake we have made.

This is the least professional physician I have ever seen. He is beyond rude to his patients, and appears to lack the required medical knowledge to effectively treat ENT conditions. I saw Dr. Tucker multiple times over several years, and his rude behavior was consistent and his diagnoses misguided. Steer clear of him - there are better physicians out there who can and will help you.

Upon bringing my 17 year old son for nose bleeds, Dr. Tucker entered the room with NO PPE on. His asst was wearing a flimsy blue mask BUT, I just received a call notifying me the Dr. HAS COVID. He looked up my sons nose touched his face & ears with NO PPE ( NO MASK OR GLOVES) Completely unacceptable. He then went on to tell us how his son plays football for Father Lopez (& should be the quarterback but isn’t) & oh you play for New Smyrna, you just beat us a week ago... I am deeply concerned for all of the elderly patients that were in that office the same day & thereafter. I pray for their health.

Not good. Wife had MRI of thyroid concern. Tucker dismissed her and said too small to biop, come back in 6 months. A month later after seeing another dr, we were told they COULD do a biopsy and scheduled surgery which concluded her thyroid cancer stage 3. All of your reviews must have pushed him out as Dr Sandra Hoogenwerf has her new office in Palm Coast - guess where??

I don't know for sure, but I theorize that the last time I saw this guy he was just having a bad day. He was grumpy, snarky, and extremely unhelpful. I even send a message to Medicare to complain. I purchased a Eustacia device (not from him) but he swore to me he had never seen it and couldn't help me figure out how to use it. Yuck. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. He didn't even say good-bye when he left the room. He was better the first time. Just say NO and find someone else. This is just my opinion.

I have gone to Dr. Tucker with 3 different problems he took care of each problem in a few days. A great Dr. for sure. Thanks for your Help Hank

Doctor does not care about patient or questions. Makes snide remarks about concerns my Primary Care Doctor had. If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!

Checking in at the office was cold and impersonal. Wait time was short but so was his time with me. Didn't listen, didn't examine my complaint and said I didn't have a ear infection. Strange, my ear drained down my face the following morning. Won't recommend.

DR Tucker is rude and doesn't listen to patients. Won't be back.
