Avante At Ormond Beach's Online Review Report Card

I was in Avante for rehab therapy for 7 months. I couldn't have asked for a better therapy team or better caregivers! They even provide a beauty salon with an excellent beautician! Should the need arise, Avante would be my place of choice for my care.

My husband's uncle is under the care of Avante. He has had multiple falls and both times went to Avante to rehab and get skilled nursing. We have been working with Melinda Poskas, his caseworker. She has been phenomenal in keeping us informed about our uncles' condition, nursing, therapy and many other issues. This has been hard for us because we are in another state and need help with decisions and information. We can't say enough about her, the staff and everyone who is keeping our uncle safe. Melinda met with us when we came to Florida to assess his condition and get his personal business taken care of. She was always available to meet with us to address questions, concerns and decisions to be made. Without her help and the help of the nurses and staff, we wouldn't have been able to handle all the logistical issues that have come up. Melinda has also made herself available by email on her day off. We are quite please with Avante and the staff.

I came for a broken knee coming from outside in and just because you are the reviews seeing only 3 half stars does not matter..im telling you..these people here weather there cnas.. nurses staff thearpists EVERYONE was phenominal and deserve to be credited!!! Mr Jacob the administrator will listen to concerns and take action right away if.. needed. In fact I'm going to miss everyone here . During covd19 yes I did get it but I survived and some may not have only because of underline issues.. please if your wanting to see your family .take my word for it when I say yes your missing them sure there missing you but would you rather bring it to them and not see them again or give it to some one else because in the community of this place they are taking precautions and I still caught it.. So please take head and try your hardest to wait to see your loved ones until it's over . I am going home because of avante and that I end with thank you from my heart ! All love !!

I would like to thank Argentina, Miranda, Lisa, Lynn, Kathy, Kathy B, Tracy and all the staff on South for making the Admit, stay, and discharge a smooth process for my family. You all are such compaionate people! I truly appriciate the work you do and how you do it! I would recomend your facility to anyone. Great Job!!!!

High level of care and very accommodating staff for my grandma thank you . EXCELLENT!!

This is the kindest nursing home I have ever come in contact with. My grandmother was admitted here recently and they have been nothing but caring and compassionate. I truly appreciate them for everything they have done and are doing.

Really good place for Rehabilitation and staff is amazing, very professional and clean place. Staff is always friendly and takes great care of their patients. Very clean facility that prides themselves on the excellent patient care they give.

I was here for six weeks and it was wonderful everyone was very kind they treated me with love and respect.

Avante is a great Facility to send your love ones, they have great staff that are compassionate and highly skilled to meet your loved one needs my experience with Avante have been a pleasure and i want to thank the staff Raslind, Naleya,Anita for being great staff and competent for providing care for my loved one sorry if i left anyone out everyone wqwas great and professional, highly recommend this Facility.
