I have been trying to resolve a bill with your office since November. I have left messages and NO ONE CALLS ME BACK! I talked with a scheduler and he told me there are A LOT OF COMPLAINTS from other clients regarding the same issue. I am filling a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Better Business Bureau. Maybe they can light a fire under your Financial Office. Apparently there is no way to speak to the Financial Manager directly. I will also post on Ormond Beach Nextdoor to warn people against using your services.

There is no management that will take calls regarding any concerns. They charged me for a hygienist procedure that I did not receive and I have wanted to rectify but no one will take my call. I will now seek another dentist’s office. Too bad, because I really liked the actual dentist.
