My experience with Concierge Care was excellent from my first phone call. I needed support for my Dad when he was discharged ( too early imo) to his AL apartment from rehab. They had an aide there within hours and provided support 24/7 for a week. I cannot say enough good things about the aides Nancy, Shirley, Anna, Janine and Grace.But special thanks to JoAnne Detzel and Brittany Higgins, LPN for the quick response and follow ups. Very professional, considerate and helpful.THANK YOU so much.Highly recommended.

I have worked as a caregiver and nurse for the past 40 years. There are a number of agencies who dont really care about their employees. That is not the case at Concierge Ormond Beach. Carmen, Taylor and the rest of the wonderful staff have been the most helpful, kind, caring people that I have ever worked with. They are organized, knowledgeable and dedicated to their staff and clients. I appreciate so much the utmost professionalism that this office displays. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Great clients very sweet and kind. Most of the clients are so understanding and they walk you through their care procedures. I’ve worked with concierge care for over a year now and the shift schedulers are so nice and understanding too. I love working with concierge.

If your looking for Consistency stay away from this agency. I had to cancel three of the 6days because they sent three different caregivers in a three day period and it was like I was doing all the work myself because I had to show them where everything they needed for my 94 year old mother....better off with private care because you get to Choose your caregiver not them and why give them 1/3 of there hourly rate when it would be alot cheaper and much better consistency with private care.
