incompetent and rude. avoid at all cost unless you're looking to be misdiagnosed.

She has rescheduled my appointment 3 times. They just called to reschedule the 4th time, I told them her service is horrible and I'll go somewhere else!

I had a brain aneurysm with a successful surgery at Mayo in Jacksonville. I was going to Dr. Fulop. Her assistant was rude and annoyed with her job. I was told at the front desk that they didn’t take my insurance. Keep in mind I was a patient for 6 months. I was humiliated and I never went back. I’ve had no follow up care.It’s not a good place if you need a good neurologist or surgeon.

Dr. Fulop is the best neurologist I have ever seen. Her caring ways and compassion always make feel that I am confidently being taken care of by a professional who excels in her expert advice and devotion to her patients.

If I could have, I would have left zero stars. Dr. Fulop has a total lack of concern for her patients. Recently my family member had a neurological event, we called Dr. Fulop’s office, gave a detailed account of the events to a nurse/assistant, who said they would get right back with us with instructions. They never returned the call, we called four days later and insisted on coming in for an appointment. An MRI was scheduled and performed. An assistant (not Dr. Fulop or her Nurse Practioner) called my family member to tell her that she had a stroke! The assistant could not answer any questions and was unable to get anyone on the phone to do so! This is FAR below even substandard care. No one in that office cared enough to simply say, on day one, “get to the ED IMMEDIATELY!!!” Had this office done that, the stroke would not have progressed to the point at which it is now.

Flat out will not answer their phones and doesn't check/return voicemails. Staff is absolutely uninterested in helping people, but is interested sitting around gossiping with one another about how short-staffed they are. Don't even think of walking in without putting down at least $250 on the table or having specific insurance, and even then, expect to have to visit their offices MULTIPLE times (in person, because they don't answer phones) before you get an appointment scheduled!

I would not recommend this office. My brother was in the hospital where this Dr. seen him after a stroke. Once he left Advent Daytona he was subpost to see this Dr. The office said they had not received his records but would call once they did. They did receive a referral from another Dr that had seen him in the hospital also. Still no call. So I gave them another call. Was told they would give me a call back. Still no call back. We are trying to get to the bottom of what caused the stroke and this office is holding him up. They have been a real lack of professionalism and I would not refer this Dr to anyone.

Doctor Fulop is awesome but the rest of the staff are uncaring and make a lot of mistakes. Asking their records dept. to do anything for you is impossible. Doctor Fulop refered me to Mayo Clinic. Mayo Clinic asked me to contact my Doctors and have them send my records ahead of my visit. I asked Neurology Associates located at 8 Mirror Lake Dr A & B, Ormond Beach, FL 32174 to forward my records to Mayo Clinic before my arrival (to Mayo) and was told by their records Dept. that is not how they do things and if Mayo wants my records they can send for them.

Can’t say enough about Dr FULOP. She and her staff have always been very accommodating and considerate. I have all the trust in the world in her and her abilities

I have not had any experiences. Dr. Fulop has been great with me. The staff has been fine as well. Been going there for over 4 years. I have no complaints. For those complaining about money here.....this socialized medicine of the future. Doctors do not like it any better than you. Thanks to China and covid 19 things are only worse. You get what you pay for. Started with Obamacare just be patient alot of waiting and money up front that is how it works and cheaper help. God help us all.
