Dr Hermenson fired me as a patient because he wasn't compensated for the 30 minutes it took him to fill out FMLA ppwrk. He asked " if I work for free" He claims I called his nurse an A-hole after she refused to complete the ppwrk " this is the PCP job not hers" I may have, I don't remember in my frustration, however hindsight would suggest both are major holes. He fired me after removing a high grade, stage 2 carcinoma. He refused to treat going forward stating " he believes he cured me " Setting aside the treatment plan he himself had written up. Thank you Sir. Hell holds a special place for you and your mistress nurse.

The office staff is not easy to work with.

This place is totally unorganized, & don't follow up on imaging, don't seem to know the protocol for CT on a diabetic patient, & seem unable to relay information to/from orher portals. Even though they are a part of Advent, they cannot forward patient information to primary care Dr. in that same network. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I had a vasectomy done with Dr Hermansen. Really easy procedure, no complications. Simple consultation, and in and out surgery. I would refer him to others.
