I agree w Barbara Boberg. Have no idea how the doctor is because the staff never returns phone calls or messages. Called THREE times, first time was in a queue of 12 just to find out it was just to leave a leave a message, no call back. Second and third time no queue, but still no call back. I understand if the doctor isn't taking new clients, but at least have the decency to call someone back to explain this. I've heard good things about Dr Carpenter but if I ran my business like this, I wouldn't have a business. Totally unprofessional work ethnic.

The one star is for the office not the doctor. I would have left none but then I can't leave review. Have read that Dr. Carpenter is a great doctor. However, staff does not answer phones nor return calls. Been trying to make new patient appointment for 3 days. Wondering how others get thru?

I am 67 years old and Dr. David Carpenter is the best Dr. I have ever had in my life. He is very knowledgeable and I know if I have a problem he will get to the bottom of it. He is also very professional, personable and he listens to everything that I need to address with him. Having him as my Dr. makes me feel very secure that he will take good care of me.

Dr Carpenter and his staff are phenomenal. Caring and prompt. Efficient and dedicated. I could not ask for more in a Primary Care Physician! In addition, they have the lab, imaging center, and everything there, in this fine state-of-the-art facility. So not only do you get the privilege of the best medical care around, but the advanced medical technology to go with it!

I have been taking my wife to Dr. Carpenter for several years now. He is thorough, caring and just a sweetheart of a man! Too bad he doesn't accept my insurance otherwise he'd be my primary care physician as well. Without question worth the drive from Palm Coast.
