his practice of not taking calls having to leave a message and relying on his staff to call what a joke , tried to send a letter to complain about the office managers lies about my misssing a scheduled appointment that isnt until may 24th 2023 and he wont take the time to call back i have been with them for over 20 years , what a shame

I have the nurse practitioner named Jennifer and she is awesome. This was the best decision I have made. She is very understanding and takes her time with you. She is the sweetest physician I have ever seen. My last doctor (I won’t mention his name) made me feel very uncomfortable. I was not at ease with him and felt he didn’t listen to my concerns. I feel very comfortable with Nurse Practitioner Jennifer!

Despite the poor ratings here, you should know that Dr. Yoon is one of the best Dr's in all Florida, read his info. I have been a patient of his for years and I will not see anyone else. He takes the time to listen and work with you, no attitude whatsoever - he's really good so ignore those negative reviews and don't blame him for the rude office people he has to work with.

Dr. Yoon has the ability to listen, he listens to you patiently and then offers his expertise. I have never failed to be impressed with his attitude and commitment to making you better.

I have been going to this office for well over 10 years, mostly to see Dr. James Brown, a very friendly and competent physician, and only recently switched to Dr. Yoon, the owner of the practice, mainly because of scheduling conflict problems. Like many Doctors' office workers, these seem to take on the arrogance displayed by some physicians and in this case, a lot. There appears to be a high turnover rate maybe because of overwork, underpay, tyrannical office manager, etc., but to the patients, this sour attitude results in a very unpleasant experience. I had been getting my prescriptions ordered by Dr. Brown for YEARS, and when my pharmacist asked for a refill order, the office refused. When I called, they retorted rudely, "WE NEVER DO THAT!" When I pointed out the fact that FOR YEARS I had been getting that service, they got all offended, tattled to Dr. Yoon accusing ME of being rude. He called, told me that he didn't need my business and severed our relationship! My wife had, for months, wanted to leave this practice for all the same bad treatment, so we left. I would NOT encourage anyone to go to this practice....there are many other primary care physicians and staff that will treat you with courtesy and respect, and appreciate your business.

I have left voice mails with three different departments, waited three days, still no response! They have messed up on my billing, more than once. Charged me with procedures that were not done. Again, charged me with an incorrect type of visit. No response!

I tried to get an appointment with his partner (Dr. Brown) but he was not accepting new patients so I saw Dr Yoon. I was very surprised that he took the time to thoroughly go over my issues as a new patient and outlined his goals for treatment that alined exactly with my desires. I agree his staff is a little short and they don't always return calls but after sitting in his waiting room for a while it is easy to see that they are very busy and face constant inquiry from some very insistent people. As for other comments concerning referals, that is the way medicine is today. Just as there are many specialist to repair your home you need the right one for the job. You would not call a roofer for a plumbing leak nor a carpenter for an electrical issue. Your family practice doctor is like your quarterback. He directs you where to go to get the best treatment for your problem.

Dr. Yoon is very kind, knowledgeable, and has been very attentive to me and my husband. He takes time to explain the results of any tests or exams we've taken. He also treated our son and our son thought very highly of Dr. Yoon's caring attitude and professionalism. He diagnosed our son's issue accurately and put him on a successful treatment plan.

I have been seeing Dr. Yoon for years now and I find him to be very professional, courteous, and kind. He asks you questions and he listens to your answers and concerns. I definitely recommend him as a very qualified Doctor for anyone in need.

Considerate to me and attentive to my concerns as a patient. Always in a good mood and positive. Great staff as well in his orange city office. I always recommend him.
